Technician Andrew N. was very prompt and polite. My garage door had been close to collapse due to maintenance issues (a broken spring)and he fixed it quickly and showed me exactly what had happened due to another company's poor install. WHEN THE SERVICE MAN CAME HE WENT OVER EVERYTHING AND SAID WE NEEDED A NEW DOOR OPENER So I ASK HOW MUCH AND HE GAVE ME A PRICEON DIFFERENT ONES I PICK ONE AND SAID IS THAT EVERYTHING ,HE SAID YES BUT THEN THE BILL WAS 68 DOLLARS MORE BECAUSE OF THE SERVIVE FEE WHICH I THINK SHOULD OF BEEN IN THERE FOR HAVING THE WORK DONE ,EVERYTHING WAS FINE EXCEPT FOR THAT PART .AND I WILL PASS THIS ALONG TO MY FRIENDS

The service team that came out was very nice. I did feel I was overcharged for the service. I wish someone tried to help me over the phone as it was just a lose screw. I paid $XXX for a lose screw.

Ms. Sinnott, we understand your complaint but is impossible to diagnose a loose screw over the phone. I feel the fee you were charged was fair as I had to send a fully trained technician out to your home ready and with a stocked truck to fix any problem you may have had.

My garage door started acting strangely this morning. I called you because you fixed it once before. I was delighted that you could send a repairman the same day. I was uncomfortable having the garage open all night. The repairman, Pete Orlando,could not have been more accommodating or more helpful. He made very sure that everything he did worked correctly. Before he left, he asked me to activate it one more time, to make sure everything was working correctly. Needless to say, I would call you again if I had a problem, and would surely recommend you to friends or neighbors. Pete Orlando is a good PR man for your company.
