Our garage door would not open due to broken springs. Chris Karnacewicz from Precision came and fixed the door in less than an hour. He was very nice and very knowledgeable -- a true professional. He explained everything in a very patient manner and made recommendations as to what needs to be replaced. I would definitely recommend Precision and Chris for all garage door needs and I would definitely use Precision and Chris again.

Chris and Luke were outstanding. I called Precision when one of my openers failed to operate. I received a next day appointment. Chris and Luke were prompt, courteous and thorough. They were able to diagnose the issue(burned out motor), explained why it happened and ran through several options. I decided to replace the unit and the other 20+ yr old unit at the same time. They had all the parts with them, replaced the system, as well as the rollers, springs and installed a new tension cable that is code, to keep the doors from crashing down in the event that they needed to be opened manually. In two hours they had the job done, no mess and they walked me through everything. The Lift master openers are terriffic and i can barely hear the doors opening now. I highly recommend Precision; ask for Chris and Luke!

I have called upon Precision for problems with one of our garage doors years ago and was so satisfied that when the second garage door (a different door) required some repair I did not hesitate to call them to remedy the problem. The garage door opener was replaced on the second door and the wheels and springs also. So now everything is running smoothly and so quietly that it is really not audible when opening or closing. The staff is courteous, prompt with arranging a convient appointment, and the best part on time with a call ahead of time so you know they are on the way. Definitely 5 star performance!!!
