Brian was great He 1st called to let me know his earlier job was running late -- which I appreciated since I have a busy day with other appointments. So that was very considerate. Even though he didn't have the bar for the spring, he was able to still put on the cables. He was professional and polite and was able to finish the job quickly. From what I saw today, I'd recommend him again.

I needed a new motor for my garage door as well as new rollers. Chris, the tech, came within the given time range and called when he was 30 minutes from the house so I knew when to expect him. After inspecting the door, he was able to install the new opener/engine on the spot. Excellent, hassle-free service with great results.

Erik was great. Prompt, friendly and professional. Thanks for a great job on short notice. The work you did for us 12 years ago was excellent, too, by the way. The new springs and other work you did then is still functioning well. This time the problem was the belt drive, which was about 20 years old and due for replacement.
