Chris saved my hide!!!! What a great guy, Chris came right away and although the garage door was really jammed he did not give up until he fixed it. He saved me thousands of dollars and the wrath of my husband when he got home LOL. 5 star rating. I would definitely use Precision again!

I can not say enough about the work and service provided by this company. We have been using Precision for a number of years and have always been completely satisfied. Nowadays that's a rarity. I'd like to thank Brian and Glenn for the repair service they recently provided. They were knowledgable, professional. From my initial phone call through repair Precision's employees have clearly mastered every aspect of customer service and quality of work. It took a month from request to installation. It doesn't matter what caused it because the client only sees that the product is delivered to his satisfaction. In the end, the product will say it all. The service guys were at their best but any comment on the product will have to wait for sometime until I'm sure it does not fail in the next month or so. In any client business relationship, it is Trust that binds them. I believe Precision hits this mark.

My service technician was knowledgeable, skilled and very attentive to detail. My issues were fixed (bought new springs, rollers, and cables) and my garage door closes with quiet ease and perfect balance. Everything was explained well and the work was done in a timely manner. Excellent service. I was very happy with the work and would definitely use Precision Garage Door again in the future if I need to.

Great experience from the get go. Purchased a deal on Angie's list and called to schedule. The scheduler was courteous and flexible. Kevin, the technician was great. On the day of, he called in the morning to give a more accurate idea of when he'd be there and asked if I'd like a call 30 minute before he would arrive (who wouldn't?). As promised, he called 30 mins ahead and arrived more or less exactly in the middle of the 1.5 hour window that he said he'd arrive in. When he got there, he inspected the situation and informed us of our options. Informative and helpful, not pushy. My wife and I had work obligations so we couldn't hover over him, but when the job was done, the garage worked perfectly and the area was cleaned up like he was never there.

Precision put up my garage door opener in 2009 & had to replace th battery in 2011 & today. There customer service is exceptional.. They are courteous & call before the appt & if they're running late . They accept coupons & AAA discounts too. I would highly recommend them.

As always, the service I received from Precision was outstanding. I was able to make an appointment for the next day and the service rep Kevin was punctual, friendly and professional. The problem was resolved quickly and the fees were explained prior to the service call and after repairs were done. Precision is a wonderful company to deal with for Garage door services and I will continue to use them.
