I requested a service call only to diagnose an issue we were having with a "noisy" garage door without any actual malfunction. Your service tech, Robert Zuniga, was excellent. He was professional, very knowledgeable and courteous. He explained the issue and provided recommendations for repairs and options if we decide to make any repairs. We are reviewing at this time and will decide sometime in the future if we want to go forward with any repairs. We have used your company previously and have always been completely satisfied. Technician showed up on time and was able to tell the problem in one minute. He recommended to install a new garage door opener and explained the reason for his recommendation. The new opener is so silent. And iam very happy with the service and professionalism.

I had springs, cables and opener for this serbice call. I had to call a second time to secure a bracket which came out of the ceiling that holds the opener in place. The initial technician was friendly and courteous.

We met with Glenn who was very knowledgeable, friendly and clear about all the products you offer. He came within 2 hours of our initial phone call (a miracle right there!) We did order a door which will come in 3-5 weeks so I cannot comment on the installation part of the job but I would absolutely recommend the company and Glenn to anyone who is looking to repair or replace their garage door. When the job is done, I will post again about that part of the process.

Precision first caught my eye because they were 24/7. I would give my experience 5 stars to start with because Brian, my technician called me twice to let me know when he would be at my house in case I needed time in out. Please dont push people to buy services that they don't need, I can certainly feel for the technician since its probably his job to bring bag of $$$$ back to you and he try his best to oversell, not a good business practice in my book.

My tech, Mike, called to tell me he would be arriving in about 15 minutes. Upon arrival, Mike surveyed my garage door opener and suggested the way to go. I told him that I wanted a quiet sounding door opener from what I had. At first I was a little hesitant on changing the metal rollers, but when Mike showed me the problem with them and suggested the other rollers I changed my mind. Thank God he did because when he was done and he showed me the final results I was very pleased. Thank you Mike!!!
