We had a window from 8-12....our technician, Lou, called to let us know that he had a bigger job than anticipated and may come outside the window-we appreciated that. At 1pm, Lou called back to let us know he was on his way and couldn't have been more apologetic for being late. When he arrived he was extremely professional and courteous. He listened to our concerns and came up with a plan of action. He addressed every issue and concern we had and stayed until everything was working perfectly. We would recommend Lou to anyone. Thank you again Lou for all your help!!

We keep getting an error message (42 - excessive force). This is from the motor which Precision Door did not install. The technician who came was Lou. He was punctual, thorough, knowledgeable, and very informative in explaining the possibilities for the error as well as the options we have going forward. Lou is very professional and passionate about his work.

Your technician, Lou R, arrived within the agreed time window, having kept me advised by phone twice on his ETA. He was friendly and professional. He inspected both doors thoroughly and gave me a full analysis of what the problems were, a detailed description of what parts were needed, options, and comparative pricing. When we agreed on a course of action, he immediately went to work and completed the jobs completely and cleanly. Chris K. was very professional and explained very clearly what had to be done to fix the problem with my garage door. I needed new rollers, operating cables, safety cables. new cast iron pulleys and springs. He did the job quickly and correctly. Chris explained all the new parts he installed. I received a call from him approx. 45 minutes before he arrived. I certainly would recommend Precision Doors to anyone with garage door problems. Certainly I would use them again if I needed any more work done. Chris was wonderful and very friendly.

Our technician was Rob Z. He was on time, he called ahead to let us know he was coming. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. He did not have all the parts to finish the job and advised that he would have to return. We needed new rubber seals on the bottom of both doors. He evaluated our garage doors and your office provided us with a copy of the report. At my request, your office emailed me a detailed invoice. Everyone was very nice to deal with.

We had rebuilt our garage door three years ago and purchased a rebuild parts package with lifetime warranty from Precision. We also have a HMS warranty that covers our garage door opener. Unfortunately, our garage door opener stopped working. So, we had called HMS warranty to get it fixed. However, our warranty company denied our claim saying that the door opener failed due to the malfunction of the springs which is a non covered service. So, I ended up calling Precision garage since we had a lifetime warranty with them. I was given an appointment for next day itself. Kevin.N was our technician and on the day of service, he called me an hour and a half before his arrival to let me know when he was going to come. He also called me 25 minutes before his scheduled arrival. He was very courteous and patiently listened to 3 yrs worth of our garage door history!! He replaced the springs and explained me in detail about the process. He even spoke to his managers and got us a new motor approved for our door opener! Yay!! He said he wanted to make things right. I can't thank him enough for the wonderful service he provided. I would highly recommend precision garage services and especially ask for Kevin. N. Thank you Kevin!!
