Precision installed my garage door opener a few years ago and I knew they were reliable. When my garage door wouldn't open I automatically called them I spoke to a live person who scheduled me right away. I asked for a call to let me know when they'd arrive and Eric called with an estimated arrival time. He was quite accurate. He had Dan, a trainee with him.
