I contacted Precision on Saturday evening when our electric garage door opener completely stopped working. I was able to arrange for an appointment on Monday afternoon. Kevin called in advance to let me know he was on his way. He arrived with all necessary parts needed for our repair on his truck. Kevin provided product information, and fully explained all the issues related to the problems with our garage. He evaluated our problem very quickly, and was able to complete the repair in less than one hour. I was very impressed with his professional, patient, and knowledgeable explanation of our garage door issues. We needed to replace all rollers, cables, and springs. Our garage door now works like new! Every step of our experience with Precision, from our call to make an appointment, to a very positive experience with Kevin, and follow up with emails asking if we were satisfied with the work completed led us to offer this excellent recommendation for this company. I would highly recommended Precision!

All staff was very pleasant and professional. I initially called because I had put off replacing the openers on my garage doors for too long, and damage was done to one of the doors as a result of all that shaking and rattling. There was definitely some miscommunication initially, as they just replaced the doors and tracks but not the openers. Again, the staff was very professional even with my frustration after this happened, and I have to commend th company for standing behind their work. They came back to install two new openers and now everything works perfectly.

We initially called for a spring replacement. Upon examination, our technician pointed out other broken and/or damaged components (this was not much of a surprise to us - the door was old and difficult to open even before the spring broke). He offered to fix/replace those parts but also stated that he could do a rebuild package and that the overall cost would be similar. Given the state of the door we chose to do the rebuild package. He worked quickly and efficiently and didn't mind my children watching (they are fascinated by such things). Our garage door moves so easily and smoothly now and feels much safer now. We are very pleased.

Take all the worry out of a very once in a while repair. I have had two doors repaired, and both times I could not have asked for more timely, professional and competent service. I am usually not in the habit of writing reviews, but in this case, I felt compelled to comment on the excellent service provided by Lou. He arrived well within the four hour window and did call about 20 minutes before arriving to let me know he was coming. He diagnosed the problem quickly and thoroughly explained what the issue was with the garage door opener. The opener now works as good as new. Great service all around. I do plan on using Precision for all of my future garage door needs.

Met with Glenn G to discuss purchase and installation of two garage doors. Glenn was on time and very knowledgeable about the product. I purchased the top-of-the-line Distinct 320 Series doors and they were installed by Jason P. who proved to be a real craftsmen. He was on time and did a super job installing the doors. Two weeks later, I called Precision requesting an adjustment to the doors because I don't use an automatic opener and my wife who has arthritis in her wrists was finding it difficult to open the doors. I also mentioned it would be more convenient to have the same lock on each door requiring one key instead of two. An appointment was scheduled and Dave arrived on time. He replaced the two different locks with matching locks (requiring only one key) and adjusted the doors to make it easier to unlock and open the doors. Dave had my wife test the doors and she was able to unlock and open the doors with ease. Great job! Precision Door Service has a very professional and knowledgeable staff and I highly recommend their products and services.

I needed a quick review and replacement of my garage door operators and the associated springs and safety cables. Within a day Precision sent a technician to my home to assess the situation. He gave me a quote that day and within the week the same technician returned to complete the repairs. I was totally impressed with the courteous and efficient service Precision provided, and my specific technician Christopher K. was extremely competent and courteous. He arrived promptly and didn't waste any time getting the work done. Afterwards he reviewed what he had done, demonstrated how the system worked and answered any questions i had. I'd have to give them a standing ovation for their service!

A rep came to replace springs and cables on my garage door. They were prompt and called prior to arriving so I knew when to expect them. The work was done efficiently. A week or so after the work was completed I needed them to come back and tweek an issue with the way the door was closing. They were very pleasant and accommodating in scheduling the appointment and coming to service the door. A week later I had the same issue and again called to have them return. Again, they were very very professional in handling the appointment and making the arrangements to have a technician return. The point being, they never made me feel as if I were just a difficult customer. They approached the return trips as if it were their first visit. I understand that things don't always work out perfectly the first time so I appreciate the follow-up service even more. There's a lot to be said about getting the job done right - and that was the end result.
