From contact to completion the experience with Precision door was well above what other trades do. I was scheduled when i needed with a level of politeness most companies should try. I received a follow-up confirmation with whom my tech would be so I had a level of comfort. Vince called prior to arriving and showed up on time and was the perfect professional. He diagnosed my door, offered several solutions and completed the work in a timely and excellent fashion. Pricing was fair and the work perfect. My door never worked so well.
