Luke was great from his call to let us know he would be coming on time to reviewing the issues and the proposed resolution. We appreciate the professional and friendly approach. Our only comment would be to improve on the warranty period of one year. Otherwise would be happy to recommend Precision to others.

We had excellent service from your company. It started from the first call to your company for service. The girl on the phone was very nice and helpful. We had the tech (Luke) at our house within 24 hrs. He was wonderful, so knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and did the repair. We can't say enough about him. Our garage door was repaired. Highly recommend your company.

Our 20 year old system worked flawlessly until the unit finally failed. The wall, remote outdoor units work without difficulty. Remotes were never used. The 2 CAR call systems worked fine initially,then worked on and off, stopped working at all, and now works well again. Kevin was patient and polite explaining the difficulty of linking the car call. You have a FINE STAFF!!!! I now have a remote in each car as back up

Vince D came on Monday afternoon and gave me my options for now and in the near future. I took the now option of getting my door raised and getting my wife's care out of the garage. I will do some serious thinking about the new doors they have available. Vince wasn't pushy at all, a real gentleman.

Luke and the other technician were both excellent nad derserve the highest rating. They called before they arrived and gave an estimate of when they would arrive, were prompt and actually arrived on time. Its rare in this day and age to open the door and meet a personable technician who actuall know what he is doing. Luke was very professional answered all my questions in a comprensive manner and defintely knew his products well. He was courteous, neat and thorough in making sure every thing worked smoothly before he left. I felt I was in good hands with Luke there to define the problem and solve it.

My garage door stopped working 3-4 weeks ago. The traction pulley was slipping . I called Precision after noticing they have a 50% service call coupon, as I wanted to get an expert opinion/estimate. The service technicians that came were very professional and friendly. They however did not carry the spares for Genie and hence made recommendations to change the Motor (3 Options all costing $500+ to $1200). When I asked if the Motor required change, they were honest to tell, it may need change in future as it is old, but they do not have spares to make fix to the current issue and eventually the Motor could give up (since it is old and possibly has wear and tear). The also said they could not honor the service coupon (50%) since I chose not to go with their service recommendation. I gave them full payment ($73 incl. taxes) for service call. I was unhappy as they could not honor service couple and provided the same feedback online. To my surprise I got a call in minutes from Doug. I appreciate the fact that he immediately promised to get the 50% (coupon) charges mailed to me . I am currently still waiting to receive the same and in the meanwhile, was able to get my garage door fixed for $140 from another local vendor.

Technician called when beginning his day to give us an estimate of timing and then called when he was on the way to our home. Upon arrival he assessed the situation and set about finding and implementing a solution. The technician was respectful, knowledgeable and neat (he would track each and every item that fell to the floor so he could recover it during clean-up). Friendliness is a characteristic very important for technicians and this technician was an excellent representative of friendly behavior for Precision Doors. Just want to thank your technician Rich so much for calling me when he was on his way. He arrived within the time that he said he would be at my home. He fixed a minor problem with our wiring in less than 5 minutes. Was completely satisfied overall with the service. He was pleasant and explained everything that was wrong with the wiring. We truly appreciate the service provided and would recommend Precision in the future to family or friends. We've been dealing with Precision for many years and have always had great service and installation of all our garage parts including a new door, framework, opener and remotes.

Precision door people are picture perfect from initial call to completion of the job took less than 16 hours. Amazing. I called on Friday 2nd March at 6PM to get a new garage door opener and replace springs for another door. They gave the appointment for Saturday 3rd March 8-12 noon. Doug Zuniga arrived at 9AM and took me through various options that I have in a clear and precise manner. After agreeing for the above services, Doug did an excellent job and showed me what all he did and left the place immaculately clean. Doug knows the job extremely and is well trained and very well mannered. First time a home service that I am extremely satisfied and would recommend highly Precision door. The service guy "Chris" showed up as promised and had the necessary parts to fix the opener, actually two mechanisms needed repair...and, less than an hour had both working again. Precision Door Service and technician Charles did a great job. The chain broke on my 30 year old opener. Charles showed up within 90 minutes of my call, and the new motor and track was installed in another 90 minutes. He assessed the situation, gave me some options, and recommended I replace the motor & track. He also found that the springs were not properly installed. He installed the new motor, track, and corrected the springs so they now assist in pulling/holding the door up. The new motor works great. I am very happy with the service and would recommend Precision Door service and Charles to anyone.

Michael was very professional and courteous. He was very neat and took away our old opener parts. Looking at the finished installation, it was obviously done by a pro.
