I called precision to get an estimate back in October of 2016 after reading the reviews on line. Before the techs came out I received an email letting me know who my tech will be (great idea). From the first time precision came out and did repairs on my garage doors etc. until today all I can say is that my husband and I are extremely satisfied with not only their services but also George the technician, he is very personable and displayed expertise in all of the concerns we had with our doors/repairs. He is definitely a major asset to the company, I hope the owner takes pride of knowing that he has an amazing employee working for him. We will not hesitate in recommending your company to anyone needing garage door service. Keep up your excellent customer care. It also was nice to know the backgrounds of your employees and their customer ratings and comments. Totally 10 stars for George

To be honest I found about Presion garage from the yellow pages. I was not sure what to expect. Glen was my technician and his service was excellent. He was very thorough and explained to me what the issue was with my garage door. Gave me his professional advice and was sincere. He knew what he was talking about. I will definitely consider Precision garage down the road for any future work on my garage doors.

Our experience with Precision was excellent. From the day you make your appointment through installation,they kept us updated on our order. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Installation went smoothly even though we found out our garage does not sit level. They had a solution for the problem at the time they told us about it, which alleviated any stress. Great job.

I purchased the Liftmaster Elite Series 8550W after he explained to me the features & benefits of this model. He explained to me how it works. Louis was excellent...very efficient and thorough. He replaced the springs, pulleys and cables on my garage door and now it works better than new. On a 5 star rating, I would give him a 6...he was that good!

Lou was very professional, polite and efficient. He explained everything he had to do in order to replace the garage door motor, exterior pad, remote buttons and all other necessary items. He then programmed the pad and explained the operating instructions. I would surely recommend him for all service in the future.

Chris K. was fantastic! He called before he left from a previous job to give me his ETA. He was on time from what he mentioned on my voicemail and he walked through the options available for belt drive openers. Our old opener was ~30 years old and in sad shape. I selected the model I wanted and he started install immediately. After inspecting the rest of the parts (springs, rollers, hinges, etc.) he recommended that a couple of other items be replaced. Again, all at least 10 to 15 years old and I opted for spring and roller replacement. I ended up spending just over $1,000 but the opener is SUPER quiet and the new springs and rollers make it even better. Well worth the cost and Chris even helped me set up the key pad and programmed the 2 remotes with the new opener code and my other opener on the second garage door. I already downloaded the app so I can open close the door from my phone. It's so QUIET!! Chris cleaned up and was done in about 2 hours. Great job and I will call again when I need the other door springs and rollers replaced!

Erik was the technician that repaired the door. He was really great inspected the door explained what he found and walked me through the quote options. I really appreciated the receptionist trying to walk me through some steps in case there was an easy solution before a technician was deployed. The technician was very polite, explained what the problem was. He was not pushy but was clear and provided outstanding service. In the end I got more than I thought I needed, but now my doors with be compliant safe and functional.
