What an outstanding customer-service-focused website, probably the best I've ever seen. I scheduled a maintenance service and Erik arrived at my house in a matter of hours, and was even early for his appointment. He called me first and gave me an accurate estimate of his arrival time. He listened to my description of the problems and in no time diagnosed and corrected both of the issues and solved the problems. He was courteous and professional throughout. I work for Mercedes-Benz USA for the past 38 years, and we know a little about outstanding customer service, and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with both Erik in particular, and the Precision company in general. I would certainly highly recommend Precision to friends and family, and would ask for Erik by name if I have future service needs. There was only one downside, that being that Erik is unfortunately a fan of the hated Dallas Cowboys! lol, but seriously, it was a pleasure getting this excellent work done to make my garage doors operate smoothly once again. 5* Chris was knowledgable and courteous and gave clear explanations of problems and remedies. He did a rebuild on the door and replaced the assembly. Chris paid close attention to the sounds the doorr made while opening n closing to be sure it was opening and closing properly. He made necessary adjustments until all was operating smoothly. My only complaint was the cost of each remedy.

On July 25, 2016 Lou R. from precision garage door company came to repair my garage door. After looking at the door Lou presented several options in a very professional and knowledgeable way. We had a very positive experience with him, unbelievably friendly and very honest, he never put any pressure on us and that is what's best as far as I'm concerned.
