I would give the level of service I received today a 5 on a 1-5 scale where 5 is the highest. I would rate the technician, Ron, that performed the service a 10 if you had one! Ron’s customer service skills and product knowledge is excellent. He worked quickly and efficiently and completed the job with professionalism. He answered all of our questions and left me feeling confident that we had chosen the right company for the job. I manage 16 employees for a pharamceutical company so I know and appreciate the value of competent employees. I have never used your company until today, so assuming the product we purchased performs as well as the employee who installed it, I will be happy to recommend your company to our friends and family who need garage door services in the future.

Kevin arrived with in the time frame quoted. He was dressed neatly with the company name on his jacket. He was very polite. He reviewed the service order and started right to work. After he finished the tune up, he showed me what he had done. He offered helpful advice about the care of the garage door. This was our first time using Precision and it was a pleasant experience.

Had an appointment between 8-12 and as promised, my technician called to say he was on his way and would be there soon. Not a minute later, my technician called back and asked if he could pick me up a cup of coffee or something! The customer service stayed that way throughout the entire visit. Dear Precision, I was given an appointment time of 4:00-8:00 pm and was told i would receive a call from the technician about 30 minutes before his arrival which freed me to continue with my daily activities. I received a call from Tim at 5:05 pm telling me he was on his way. He showed up at exactly 5:35. He was very courteous and professional. He asked what the problem was, and did a quick diagnosis. He made the necessary repairs and tested the safety features. He even gave me some preventative maintenance tips on how to keep both doors working properly and pointed out some future trouble spots. There was no hard sell for parts or accessories. I was very please with the experience i had with Precision and will recommend them to my co-workers and neighbors. Good job Tim and the rest of the Precision team!

Kevin was an excellent rep. for Precision who was very informative, performed the garage door roller replacement and tune up service that I had prepaid for through Angies List. He gave good recommendations to restore the life of two 30 year old doors that hadn't been professionally serviced in 22 years. He gave me a lot of information and let me make the decisions regarding what I felt needed to be done at this time. He did excellent work.

Called Precision after reading other reviews. Called on a Sunday and got an appointment the next day .The teninician Greg called 15mins before he was scheduled and alerted me to his visit. I live in Florida and told him to repair the door as best he could as it had failed an inspection report as my house is sold in NJ. He was absolutely great,giving me options for fixing the door and getting it operational to pass the inspection or repairing it so it was fully functional He called me several times with his observations during repair . Being out of state it was such an easy process and I told him how lovely it was to deal with such a professional team who went over and above to help me with this issue . Great job Precision

Dealing with Precision Door was a complete pleasure. My call for service was scheduled very quickly and easily. My technician, Peter Orlando, called me to advise he would arrive in about 20 minutes and he was right on time. After inspection, he gave me a thorough explanation of the problem and offered three options. The installation of my new opener was completed in a very timely fashion and Peter again took his time to explain everything to me. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely use Precision Door again and highly recommend their services.
