New door looks great! Installation was very smooth and clean. One things is that the noise is louder than the old door when the door is opening and closing. I would like someone to recheck the door regarding the noise.

I would rate excellent, except a bit more expensive than competition. The weekend service is a BONUS in spite of that. Another downside is, only one remote for my door, and WAY too high for a spare from you (one third your price on internet) Technician was a good guy, but I can say me being around made the job a lot better for him, as we teamed to do a few things, like why the old opener was not working, might be a good idea to have two guys on some jobs. Upshot was, replace the old one. All in all very satisfied, just the price point(s) might be a topic.

Dear Mr. Freiday, Thank you for your input via your review. I am glad we were able to accommodate you with a weekend appointment and your overall experience was satisfying and successful. It looks like you have purchased a chain driven motor unit which comes with one remote. If you had chosen the belt driven unit, an extra remote comes with it. The cheapest way to do things is always to do it yourself or buy it online. If you choose to purchase a remote online just be sure you know which type of remote is compatible with your new opener. Also be sure to read about how to program your new remote so you don't wipe out everything that has previously been programmed. Unfortunately speed bumps can't be detected before we go out to a customers house. In the majority of cases, two technicians are not necessary. If there is ever a situation that more than one technician is needed to handle a job, we would reschedule for a time that our service manager can come with the technician to make sure the job can be completed properly.

The tech that provided service was Gaetano. He was extremely honest and very helpful with everything I needed addressed.

He figured out that it was my sensors that were bad almost immediately, and also recommended a full overhaul of the door, cables and pulleys. He emphasized that Precision is available 7 days a week and not to hesistate to call with any issues for followup or anything new. I will be recommending Precision to all of my business partners and friends.

Kevin was great. He called me to let me know when he would arrive. He was professional in presenting various options for replacement of a garage door opener. This was the quickest service I think I have ever received. Called in the morning and the door was fixed that evening. I received a coupon from your company, and needing to fix my garage door, made an appt. I was impressed with the fact that your technicians are drug tested and that you perform background checks. The problem I was having was that whenever we lost power and I needed to get my car out of the garage, the door would not stay up when lifted manually! This problem is now fixed! The technician who did the work, Louis, was very professional and explained to me everything that had to be done. My only complaint is that I feel you are a bit 'pricey'! We never expected to spend as much as we did. But obviously, this is no reflection whatsoever on the tech.

Dear Elliot, I am not sure you have reviewed the correct company. This is a garage door company and we do not sell doorknobs.

Not too happy, although I had a great experience years ago which is why I called again, my experience was not so good this time. I felt like I was ripped off. Had garage repaired on Monday, new springs, cables and rollers for $715. Today my garbage door stopped working and the repair person said that it required a new circuit board which cost another $279. I wonder why the board which had no problems previously went after the repair. I am almost certain I would have gotten a better price elsewhere but I trusted Precision not to make me feel ripped off, I will make sure I make note of this on Angie

The technician who showed up was very courteous and helpful. Due to the problem, I did have to give him some assistance with the door. The cost was quite a bit more than I anticipated, I only needed springs replaced and it was over $500. I could live with the cost except, the repair was done the day before I left town so I did not have a chance to see it working. When I returned from my trip the door failed after only 3 uses. I am calling them back and we will see how tit goes.
