The person who answered the phone was what made me go with Precision initially. She was professional, friendly, easy to understand and knowledgeable. The technician Andrew was also very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. My car was locked in so it was important that I get service immediately. I called and requested an estimate to repair my garage door. The company was able to get a tech out the next day. The repair tech (Rob)was on time and explained what had gone wrong and what my options were. Rob had all of the equipment in his vehicle. Rob was professional and did not leave any garbage. The garage door is working better now then when it was initially installed. I would absolutely use this company again in the future.

From the phone call by the technician letting me know he was on his way, to his professional demeanor and explanation of all my options to repair my garage, Brandon was awesome!
