I would give 10 stars if allowed. Great service, great workmanship by Lou. He was careful to explain all the options, provided advice, worked hard and late at the end of the day (he didn't arrive until 7:15 and worked on the door until almost 8:45). Everyone involved with Precision was excellent. I called in the morning, was able to be scheduled for later in the day. Lou stayed in touch from his previous job so I would know when to expect him. I would always use Precision.

In both instances, your company was able to bring a qualified technician who explained all of my options and performed the work I had authorized in expert fashion. While I could have gotten cheaper repairs from another company, the combination of customer service and quality parts/workmanship offered by your company is hard to beat. I was pleasantly surprised , and glad when the technician Lou, called me an 1hr and 15 minutes before the scheduled 4:00pm-8:00pm, letting me know that he was available, and if it worked for me, he could start earlier. Lou is courteous, knowledgeable about his craft and professional, I ordered the lift master opener, and he pointed out that my hardware was worn, I didn't hesitate, I told him to take care of it as well, best suggestion, garage door is like new, I received five star service, from a five star employee.
