Tim R was my service technician today.The garage door pad needed to be replaced. Tim was able to diagnose the problem immediately and explained what needed to be done. He was friendly and patient with any question I had. It was a pleasure having Precision Door Service techs do the job quickly. They are also a very reliable company. They replaced the garage door springs and rails a few years ago too. :-)

I am very pleased with the service I received yesterday. I needed the main back up battery for the motor replaced and the office personnel gave me an appointment for the day I requested. Bob Z. Called 1/2 hour before he came and was there promptly at the time he said he would be here. The battery was changed in 5 minutes and he also silicone sprayed the channels for the door and changed the battery on the outside key pad. He was very cordial and answered some questions that I had about the door . I had this door installed by Precision and am very pleased with its safety factors and reliability. I would recommend their company to anyone. Thank you so much for your prompt service!

James and Brad helped fix one of the garage doors that was not closing or shutting down. I had the house power washed and think one of the sensors may have taken the brunt of the water pressure. Regardless, they both were very professional and helpful and fixed the problem on the spot. After they left I noticed that the Keypad and the remote key were not working. I called them and they came back with a few minutes. They reset the system and now everything seems to be working fine.

Your website and procedures were excellent and your service tech was professional and courteous. However, the cost of your services were way to high...$400 to repair the set of springs on the a door is just too much..I have done this myself in the past and it takes me under an hour to complete. I guess I will be doing it myself again this weekend.

Dear Mr. Papa, Thank you for your kind words. Fixing things yourself is always the cheapest way to do things. Allow me to provide you with a few tips since you decided to do this job yourself. Most springs from your big box stores come with a 2,000 cycle rating which may be why your spring has broken again. Try to go online and find a high cycle spring of at least 25,000 cycles so you do not experience the same spring inconvenience in the near future. If you are unable to find this type of spring please call us and we would be happy to provide this for you with a lifetime warranty as long as you live in your home. You will never have to fix this yourself again.

Except for the garage doors, I replaced all the operating parts/mechanisms on two doors (Motors, belts, wheels, cables, etc). The technician (James) was very professional and courteous. I am very pleased with the work that James performed.

I'm so happy with my new garage doors. The salesman, Louis, was so very helpful when planning and explaining the quality and importance of the door I chose down to the type of screws that were used. The installers were very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely fast. They also explained how everything worked and were very courteous. I love the look and it's added much needed curve appeal to my home. I would recommend Precision Garage Doors to anyone who needs a new door.

I called for repair service this afternoon because the torsion spring on my garage door failed. My call was answered promptly by a woman who said she could have a technician at my house between 2-5pm. Within 20 minutes, Brandon called to say he was on his way. Brandon appeared about 2:15 and was able to fix my door opener in about an hour. I was delighted by the timeliness of the service and Brandon's knowledge and professionalism. My garage door was opening on its own. I checked Angie's list for a repair service and found your advertisement. The door was bowed and the rollers have fallen off before because of the tension the bowing caused. The price was good so I signed for the service hoping I could kill two problems at the same time. Because of door opening problem, they agreed to come the next day to do the service. The entire experience was beyond expectations. The problem was the sensor board which he replaced along with doing the service. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door.
