The receptionist was polite and efficient. I had a problem with the garage door opener. The technicians were sent to my house the next day. They called up before they came to house. The technicians fixed the problem right away to my full satisfaction. All Precision employees are drug tested and passed background checks. He called first and was right on time. I have never experienced having a repair person come into my home and showing the care and concern to make sure the job was done properly. Usually it's slam-bam where 's the check... with some service technicians. I could go on and on but I have to tell you....Chris is a credit to your company and because of him I would NEVER call any other garage door company. He presented the facts, explained the options and quoted what we were actually charged . There were no hidden surprise costs. He was very pleasant, efficient and did a good job. He reviewed the problem with me and we agreed to the best approach and solution for the problem with my garage door (replacement of the garage door opener and refurbish the rollers, springs, etc.). Once completed he reviewed with me all the work that he completed. It was done neatly and promptly. You installed an opener for us January, 2013 and the remote just gave out. I tried to open your case to replace the battery but the 2 screws were in too tight and I was afraid I would strip the screw heads. So I called your office and the young lady who answered initially quoted a combined price of over $100 to bring me a new remote. When I expressed displeasure she immediately asked if I wanted to speak with someone else. She put me on hold and came back on the line saying they would cover it under warranty and your technician would bring me a new remote that afternoon.

Gaetano came by to check on a warranty issue we were having. He did a great job explaining the situation, based on the age of the garage door opener. There was no charge for his time and we'd definitely use him again.

I am very pleased with the service I received today. First off, although the arrival time was 8:00 am-noon, the technician Chris called me first thing when he knew that he would be coming at 11:00. I appreciated the few hours of "freedom" to leave home as necessary, and Chris arrived when he promised. Chris proved to be very personable and completely professional. He quickly determined the situation (one opener could be made to work with the addition of a new remote, the other would have to be replaced). Chris explained the options after explaining the condition and requirements of our doors. Chris also described to me the possibility of upgrading the garage door hardware (springs, rollers etc.). I never mind being shown options as long as I'm not being subjected to the "hard sell", and the door upgrade is something I'll consider for the future. Chris ran into a few snags during the installation (remember, this is an older house), but his remark was that it would be a dull job without a few challenges! Installation complete, Chris took time to double check everything,to set a new code on the external keypad, and to make sure I could operate everything. Our one original opener will not last forever. When the time comes, I'll call Precision. See you then, Chris!
