Better than new! Andrew was professional, knowledgeable and has a great personality. He showed me what was broken and what was in good shape. My options were clearly explained to me so that I didn't spend money on things that I didn't need. Once we decided on the work to be performed, he completed the job quickly and efficiently and removed all of the old hardware.I highly recommend him!

Service Technician "Drew" determined that my garage door wouldn't open because a roller was off the track. He successfully replaced the roller and checked that all mechanical parts were working properly. He explained that it is quite rare for a roller to come off the track and it shouldn't happen again. Unfortunately, the manual door lock got caught when Drew raised/lowered the door, which resulted in damage to two panels. Drew reported this to Precision and assured me the two panels would be replaced at no charge to me. Despite this accidental occurrence, I would recommend Precision to anyone. Drew and the other technicians I have met are professional and courteous. Also, Precision honored the Lifetime Warranty that came with the garage door they installed four year ago.

I thought the entire advertisement was very professional. As a senior citizen I appreciate the safety concerns that the company addressed like the name of the representative, his picture, and his background. That is outstanding. Andrew N. is an excellent mechanic as well as one who takes the time to explain to you what is wrong and the options that are available. He is also very personable I was very pleased.

Tim was outstanding! He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He then did a complete inspection of my garage door and opener (it had been serviced & upgraded by Precision a couple of years ago). He displayed an encyclopedic knowledge of garage doors and openers and gave me excellent advice on potential problems to watch for down the road. On top of that he was a delight to deal with!
