Peter our technician was excellent in every regard. He clearly explained all of the material and electrical and mechanical issues involved with repairing our garage doors. He also presented us with different repair options, discussed the warranties and repairs involved, and was sure to present his completed work in a way that confirmed the detail and quality of the job we were told to expect. All of our repairs were carried out thoroughly and professionally, as he was able to diagnose our problems correctly from the get-go. The whole process was very buttoned up and hassle-free.

I had a broken spring on the garage door, which also frayed the cable when it broke. I called after 5 PM on a Saturday night and by 7 PM Gaetano was assessing the problem. Luckily the safety cables worked or I would have had a much bigger problem. Gaetano was very thorough and explained my options. While he said the doors were good product, the hardware needed to be replaced. Within a couple of hours he had all the springs, pulleys, and cables installed better then new. Outstanding workmanship!

Great Guy. He did come at the end of the window but called me ahead of time and, get this, asked me if I wanted him to pick anything up for me on his way like a cup of coffee or something. Excellent service. Explained the job he would do and did it without it taking all day. I would use these guys again in a heart beat.
