Scott was excellent. He called me ahead of time for appointment. He checked and reviewed entire conditions before he started repair works and explained me what should be repaired immediately and what would be recommended in view of mid/longer term maintenance with cost estimations. This was what I expected to hear for maintaining an old garage door. I was also impressed by the quality of parts Precision maintained, though it was not cheap.

Our double garage door would not close. I called for service 9:00 am and was connected with a courteous lady who was able to schedule a service call between noon and 4:00 pm the same day. I received an e-mail confirmation. The technician called prior to his arrival (as I requested) and he was on time. He explained the work he would do to correct our problem and also pointed out some deficiencies our garage door and opener had. He and his partner were very knowledgeable and professional. The work was performed to my satisfaction and I will highly recommend the company to others.

GREAT JOB!! Andrew, at first, when he seen my mess that 3 young college kids left me, he said he could hook me up with my bracket. Then I asked,joking around,if he had any Garage door openers in his truck, he told me what he had. I picked out one of his best w/back up battery. Then as I was clearing away my things, out of Drew's way, so he can work, he called his next customer and said he would be running late. I thought , being alone, I would have to help, so he would not be here all day. He was very quick...Great Work!!! He must install these in his Sleep///LOL...Thanks Again...

A couple of years ago I purchased a garage door opener from Sears which included installation. What was a surprise to me was the installation was an outside contractor. The installion did not go well and a second tech was called and was annoyed he had to be called to finish the job. It was a poor job from the beginning and has been a problem since. I ended up paying more than going to Sears plus what it cost me to have your organization clean up their mess. Your tech took the time to explain what had to been done and the costs before he began. He was thorough and skilled. Except for the hour and a half delay in his arrival I felt that when he left I would not have any additional problems. The moral of my experience is pay more initally and have the job done correctly.

From the phone call that they were on their way, until the completion of the job, everything was 100% professionally done. After examining the existing equipment, Kyle fully explained my options. The quoted amount was the price charged - and it seemed a fair value. Fortunately, the truck was fully stocked and ready to complete the job right away. They worked in a clean & efficient manner. I have used Precision before and would use them again should the need arise.

Tim did a great job, he fully explained the problem and gave his recommendations on how to correct and get our door to work better then new. We called for repair on only one door, I was impressed with Tim so while he was here I had him replace the springs, cables, pulleys and nylon rollers on our other door as well. Tim also reinforced top frames of both doors.
