I am so happy to find a company that takes pride in their work It was such a pleasure to meet Mr. Tim Rainey the service technician. The service call was to repair broken hinges on my garage door. Mr. Rainey went over and beyond my expectations with the repair. He made sure that every thing was to my satisfaction before he left my house.He is very professional,honest and sincere. Tim arrived promptly (after 7 - as this was an emergency call) and not only fixed the broken metal piece on our door but also looked further to see what might have caused the piece to break. Because of a previous positive experience with Precision, I called them again when a metal part attached to the bottom of the door and to the torsion cables tore and the door could no longer open or close. The technician, Ron, arrived when he said he would in our phone conversation. After evaluating the situation, Ron clearly explained the various options and costs. I chose a more comprehensive solution which could save money over the long term. Ron fixed the problem efficiently, while agreeably fielding questions as I watched. He discovered the original cause of the problem - incorrect installation by the builder. I strongly recommend this service.

I selected Precision because of the quality of the product. When compared to other competitors the Elite was far superior in its manufacture and insulation rating. It was a pleasure dealing with the area manager (who took the time to fully describe the product without pressuring me to make a final purchase decision at the time), the installer and scheduling staff. My only disappointment was that the new door came with the incorrect window panel. I think that should have been checked and identified before arriving at my home. However the staff took immediate action to resolve the error and have the correct panel installed in a timely manner.(Shared Review)

Precision was extremely professional. I severely damaged my garage door when my roof rack pulled the door right off the track and bent the one beyond repair. They had someone at my house within an hour, he was courteous, professional, and did a great job. He notified me of all costs before he did the repair work. I would highly recommend them.
