Service technician took the time in explaining all the problems with the garage door. The fact that the springs, rollers, pulleys were all bad and that there was no safety cable attached to either spring. The cost for these items were a little steep in my opinion but the 5 year warranty was a positive.

I called Precision on a late afternoon, described the problem and they scheduled a service call for early the next morning. The technician arrived early, saw the problem had all the tools and parts needed and fixed it. The price was fair, accepted credit cards and the work was done in one day. A good job.

Based on the excellent service we have received from Precision in the past, we called them as soon as one of our garage door openers failed. Service technician called 1hr before arrival and arrived on time. Service was clean, fast and complete. My 2 star rating is because fee for service was very high when compared to amount of labor time required. Had I known the job would only take about 1 hour to complete, I would have declined the service based on the price.

I had to have my garage door repaired and the opener replaced. Drew Nix was my Technician. He was prompt, professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Drew was also very personable. Bob was very courteous and knowledgeable. He completed the repair promptly and explained what had to be done clearly. I do believe the cost of the repair was abit steep. I'm not sure if I should have replaced the unit at this time instead of the costly repair. I guess only time will tell.
