I was very happy with your next day service. Brandon was on time and explained that the motor is 15 years old the opener was broken. I dicidedto replace the opener and with Brandon's help,chose the one that was right for my door. Brandon was helpful,courteous and I did not feel pressured.

Precision picked up the phone on a Sunday, and I actually spoke to a person not a machine. An appointment was scheduled for Monday between 8-12. At 8 am I received a call from Precision telling me what time to expect them. The technician, Brian, was professional and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable with whatever he said to fix the problem. He worked efficiently. I will always make Precision my first call.

Tim R. was great! He explained everything thoroughly. He was not an overbearing seller but mentioned important facts that made me realize it might be time to replace the whole unit even though it just needed reprogramming after a battery change on the keypad. He was efficient, neat and thorough.
