Service technician called 1hr before arrival and arrived on time. Service was clean, fast and complete. My 2 star rating is because fee for service was very high when compared to amount of labor time required. Had I known the job would only take about 1 hour to complete, I would have declined the service based on the price.

Bob could not have been more professional and courteous. Following his inspection of the various issues with the garage door he took the time to fully explain all problems and the required corrective action. He also explained the improvements to the parts over the last several years. Excellent service that I will recommend to friends.

I had to have my garage door repaired and the opener replaced. Drew Nix was my Technician. He was prompt, professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Drew was also very personable. He took the time to explain everything to me and also explained various options helping me to make an informed decision. I like that Precision displays photos and information about their Technicians on their web site. It gives the customer a sense of security and also demonstrates that Precision has pride in their employees! Great Job!!! I will definitely recommend Precision to my friends!

Our experience with Precision was excellent in every aspect of the job done. Bob was very courteous and knowledgeable. He completed the repair promptly and explained what had to be done clearly. I do believe the cost of the repair was abit steep. I'm not sure if I should have replaced the unit at this time instead of the costly repair. I guess only time will tell.
