Scheduling was superb. I made contact on their web site Sunday. Called Monday. The window was between 1pm and 5pm, but I couldn't get home from work till 3:30. Well I got a call from Drew (tech) at 4:10 saying he would be there in 20mins. WOW timing could not have been better. Well Drew looked over the job and explained everything very clearly. I opted for a complete spring, pulley, cable and roller job. I felt it was a bit pricey but along with the price comes piece of mind, quality parts and a lifetime warrantee. GOOD JOB!

Very Good Service - I liked the same day service on a Saturday, Tech was efficent and knew what he was doing. Very fast and friendly service. I will use the company again in the future. I had a full garage door repair - new springs, new rollers, new pulley assembly.

Tim couldn't have been a nicer guy and as a customer of any service, that is so important. He was very thorough in his explanation of what service he was going to perform to fix my broken door. I called at 9am and Tim was there at 11:30 as promised. Took him only an hour and the door worked better than ever. Thanks Tim!!

The technician identified the problem immediately and replaced the springs in a very timely manner. Cleaned up after the job and was very informative about the companies products and services. I would recommend them highly. I called another garage door place and they told me that a technician wouldn't be out to me the next day even though they said same day service in yellow pages. I next called Precision Garage and they sent the technician the same day.

Ron showed up at the scheduled time and was very professional. He installed the garage door opener I had already purchased and replaced a few of the DIY parts that came with the opener with the sturdier professional parts that he had on the truck. Everything was done in a couple of hours and went without a hitch. I would not hesitate to call Precision for any future work on the garage doors.

Service technician took the time in explaining all the problems with the garage door. The fact that the springs, rollers, pulleys were all bad and that there was no safety cable attached to either spring. The cost for these items were a little steep in my opinion but the 5 year warranty was a positive.

I called Precision on a late afternoon, described the problem and they scheduled a service call for early the next morning. The technician arrived early, saw the problem had all the tools and parts needed and fixed it. The price was fair, accepted credit cards and the work was done in one day. A good job.

Based on the excellent service we have received from Precision in the past, we called them as soon as one of our garage door openers failed.
