Dave didn't want to push on the metal door, so he really just provided a service call, and suggested we replace the bottom third of the door. The technician was prefessional and helpful. He helped to fix the problems and some that we did not know. Also enough time to explain the operations. I will go with Precision any day. The promptness was superb as well even though they could not accommodate us on the same day (I was able to get teh next day) since I was bit late in the day made the call.

Cannot remeber tech's name, sorry. Was probably one of the best service people I've ever dealth with. Our door needed a complete rebuild and decided to go with an opener as well. Pricing was very good. During install the tech accidentally cut my extension cord which tripped the breaker,. not a big deal. However, he offered and installed the battery backup on the opener at no charge as his 'apology' and act of good faith. I was very impressed and pleased.
