Precision Door is now the only company for all my garage door service and repair needs. My technician, Adam, was extremely professional, knowlegable, courteous, and polite, taking the time to explain exactly what repairs needed to be done. Furthermore, I was extremely impressed with the Company's follow-through once an appointment had been scheduled with a cordial member of the team. Your website is well done & professional. Every page instilled a bit more confidence in your co. & what to expect. Being in the service industry and knowing the importance of our field personnel, I looked closely at the photos and bkgrnd/drug test info. Tim showed up on time and was knowlesgeable, friendly, and went right to work. Good guy. I went back to my own work w/o concern. He was done in good time and my garage was neat & clean. On 3/30/2010, Tom stopped by my house, I complained that my door, if the windy day,my door had the problem open up, when the calm day, then it is OK. He changed the whole new door opener, then check the 18 point. But, after he left the second day, my problem remains, so, he did not solve my problem previously that I had my sears brand. Problems remains, I call, then the tech. of DAVID, I told David to change the wire connect to the eye in the bottom of the right and left hand side. He then changed those two wires, that was installed more then 10 years ago with sears brand. Why tech. Tom did not realize this two wires, he did not really check the whole 18 points at all. Please add those wires into your 18 points check list in the future. This means, my sears opener was OK, it was the old wires make the door can not open properly sometimes. I do not appreciate your tech.

I called at noon about my problem, they said someone would be there between 1pm and 5pm. With services from other companies that usually means someone will show up around 4:59pm. Tom was here before 2pm. He was friendly, courteous and fixed my problem quickly. Thank you!!

I couldn't be more pleased with the services performed by Kenneth VanHarken. He performed an inspection of the garage door and explained, in very clear terms, the issues involved. This was a big plus to a "non do-it yourselfer". His explanation of the options available, warranty information again were clear and concise. The services were performed quickly and professionally. He also went into great detail in the use of the new equipment along with the safety features. He also went so far as to program two vehicles to operate the new garage door opener. With the repairs, the door operates smoothly and quietly. Excellent job! If I could, I would give six stars.
