Excellent Customer Service all around! Operator Tommy was professional, friendly, & knowledgeable. She was able, due to a cancellation, to get us an immediate appointment. Technician Brian H. & Trainee John arrived within the hour, also very professional, friendly, & knowledgeable. Brian was able to inspect the opener, assess the problem, provide a detailed explanation, offer several quote options, and install the opener quickly & efficiently. I selected Precision Garage Door as the reviews were amazing and I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

Mike was a pleasant sales representative, who was knowledgeable and very helpful during the door selection process. Marcus and Ferdinand were polite and efficient despite the rainy weather they had to deal with on the install day. All in all, Precisions Garage doors provide a good product for a reasonable price. You have a nice company Doug, thank you for the new doors.

Precision repaired our garage door within hours of the service call. Our service technician, Sean Young, was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I commented to my wife that Sean was a perfectionist. He made sure that every detail of the job was done well. He is a craftsman committed to excellence and customer satisfaction. If Sean is representative of Precision's workforce, they are a company worth exploring. They have my endorsement.
