Real simple. My garage door was not working correctly. It would go down and go right back up. That was the reason why I made the mistake to contact this company. Brian who came to my house told me my that my unit needed a new limit switch and also that the springs needed to be replaced. They quoted me a price of $811 for this work which took one hour at most For the record the limit switch costs about $20 on Amazon and the two springs etc coast about $30. This place fixed my problem but the total charges were excessive to say the least. My fault.

Brian Hallock was so professional and performed a detailed meticulous review of our issues. He gave us 2 proposals for our review. Chris Karnacewicz arrived shortly after 10 a.m. and was knowledgeable, personable and professional. He had the issues diagand repaired (one opener needed a new circuit board, two remotes needed to be reprogrammed and the batteries replaced and a board attached to one of the opener slides) in less than an hour. A+++

Kevin notified me that he was on his way, well within the anticipated time frame. He was very polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Within a few minutes he notified me that I needed a new opener. The current one was very old. He gave me pricing for a new opener and installation. Because the pricing was very high, I temporarily declined until I had time to evaluate my options.

Brian called b4 he came and was on time. He introduced himself and inquired what my door problems were. We discussed repair options and cost. I made my decision and he told me how long it would take. He finished ahead of time, cleaned up all old parts and new parts packaging. We reset combos and tried door several times. Very pleased with Brian and his service. By the way he had a great hand shake.

The technician was on time, courteous and did quality work. Unfortunately I don't see where the replacement of these parts for one door cost $950. I was also interested in having the other door hardware upgraded but the cost is too high. I did research and these parts can be bought for less on line or at local hardware stores. To compare I bought and installed by myself two belt drive openers locally for less than this. What a great service. From the estimate to the installation, a pleasure dealing with Precision. The text message alerts letting me know when you were coming to the emails to confirming dates, were all great. Due to Covid and the supply chain issues, I was told upfront, the timing would be about 16 weeks to get the doors installed. It ended up taking 8 weeks. The installers were here on time. All their work was clean and precise. They cleaned up and took away the old doors and motors. Replaced the doors in no time and they work and look amazing. They walked me through the app install for the openers and set up the keypad codes as well. They left me with beautiful new doors, fully explained operation and a clean garage. Amazing.... I will recommend your company to all my friends and family. Thank you!
