We could not be happier with our experience with Precision Door. From the appointment scheduling to the timely arrival and expert installation, we were impressed every step of the way. Our garage door expert, Xavi, was friendly and knowledgeable. The team worked quickly and explained everything about our new units so we knew exactly how to use everything. We are enjoying the convenience of our new garage door openers; the keypad and app entry, WIFI connection and security cameras are such a great features and Xavi walked us through the easy set up. We would definitely recommend using Precision for any of your garage door needs.

My overhead Garage door motor blew out and two places that I called were not able to provide service. I called Precision and was able to get a Sunday appointment....we receive a call on Sunday from Christian Gutierrez to let us know he was on is way. Christian was very knowledgeable, gave us a good price, was helpful since I was handicapped and showed us how to use all the features. I would recommend him again. Luke arrived on time checked the door operation and knew immediately that the door safety sensors were defective.Replaced the sensors with new sensors under warranty.Checked the door operation to ensure that everything was working correctly and explained in detail what he did to correct the problem.Luke is a knowledgeableTechnician that knows his stuff A Rare trait these days in the industry !! The salesman was very professional. The installation was sloppy and reckless. Bent nails were left in the trim and the water line was punctured leading to the outside water spigot. The garage door was not level with an opening not touching the garage floor. Installer had an attitude and shrugged when I mentioned the door not hitting floor. Today, 7/8/23 - the water line broke when I went to water my plants breaking 2 panels on the door. Tomorrow someone is coming out. This has been very frustrating, disappointing and time consuming on my part.
