This was the second time I've used Precision's services. The first was 3 years ago when one of my 2 aged garage door openers needed replacing. I called them again when my second aged door opener needed replacing. Excellent customer service both times. They were able to accommodate my time availability. Technician communicated with me, was on time, professional and explained the work that needed to be done. Both new openers are working well! Their follow up is great when the time comes to check systems, battery replacement, etc. I'm very pleased with Precision and the components they provide!

Another great experience with Precision. We ran into one of the sensors in our garage on a Sunday. I didn't think anyone would answer when I called. Customer service was helped me schedule an appointment asap. Kevin was professional, respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. He fixed the sensor and remounted both sensors further away from the ground which makes it easier for me to back out of my garage without hitting it. I really appreciated the service and highly recommend.

Garage door opener was malfunctioning suddenly and very badly. Called POGD and secured a same day appointment . Technician Louis R. arrived promptly within scheduled appointment time. Louis was highly professional, courteous, totally customer focused. Took ample time to size up the problem, explained everything that could be done, entertained all questions, discussed best possible outcome for the service call. Was mindful of property as well. The door opener and door are now functioning again. Louis also discussed options with me for a better longer term solution - which we would absolutely look to engage POGD when we decide to go forward with the recommendation.
