I had called Precision Overhead Garage Door yesterday to service my overhead garage opener because it was making a noise when opening/shutting it. I was happy that I could get an appointment so soon -- this morning, because I feared the door might collapse, etc. David Paz was the service man who came this morning, and he was able to not only do the routine servicing, but was able to detect and solve my problem. He was very understanding of my concern-- to him a BIG thankyou.

First - I'm very impressed with Precision as a company, it was so easy to make the appointment and communication that followed was thorough and easy to understand. And I'm equally impressed with the quality of service from Sean. He inspected the system, explained exactly what was going on, what my options were and then did the installation extremely efficiently. I'm happy my issue was resolved and I now have a modern system that can be controlled remotely, something that I had wanted since moving in. Thank you again!
