Excellent experience with Mike G and James N repairing our "phantom" opening and closing door. Called late evening yesterday and spoke to someone to book an appointment live for the next day. Got a window which they were on time for and communicative about when they will arrive. Went through the options to diagnose the problem (needed new wall unit controller and tightening of the springs to reduce load on the motor to prevent bigger issues down the road). Wrapped up the job within 2 hours and answered all questions. Highly recommend the company and these two technicians in particular. Very pleased and feel better knowing the door is safe.

Robert from Precision did a quick and superb job replacing the garage door motor, roller bearings, and cables, and also installed a remote keypad and camera. The difference in door operation is like night and day. I was very impressed with Precision. Their ease of scheduling, communication, and responsiveness was second to none. We had both of our door openers ( old and slow) replaced with hi - tech motors. Installer was thorough in explaining what he was doing and why. He walked us through the app that can open and close the doors and view the garage with the cameras. Tested the springs, rollers etc. Totally professional and friendly. We would highly recommend them.

He thoroughly explained his review of our old lift master motors and openers and gave me an honest assessment of repairs needed at this time. He was professional and polite and very knowledgeable. He installed a new system on one side of our garage and did maintenance on the other. He did not rush and was very patient explaining to me how the new system and remotes work. Service and install was very good and all parties I dealt with very very nice and professional. Would have given 5 stars but they did not sweep up after installing the new door - debris on the garage floor and found a large screw in the driveway. Did not want to run over that.

Very professional service. My scheduled time was 8a-12p. I got a call at 8a telling me my position in line. Later, 15 minutes prior to arrival, called to tell me they were on the way. Kevin Stasiak did the repair on my garage. He was very professional and clearly explained what needed to be done. When the job was finished, the garage was immaculate and the garage doors worked as if they were brand new. I will definitely call again if I have issues.
