Brain Hallock did a great job, quick, and knowledgeable on what needed to be done. He fixed the springs/pulleys by doing a conversion kit which previously had a sprint mechanism that ran straight across. Under an hour and he was done!

The whole experience with Precision, since the first estimate has been above my expectations until the very end. After returning my car to the garage, and closing, the door continues to go up and the light flashes. It is very inconsistent, sometimes it closes. I am sure it is just a minor adjustment to the sensors

Excellent service and installation. Marc was able to open up the old door and dismantle it without a problem. You said the job would take 3 hours and he completed it in two. Precision installed the garage door for me several years ago and the same excellent service was rendered today

He also took time to update my contact information, which was outdated, so I hadn’t received the usual notice that he was on his way. He more than made up for that by doing such a great job.
