I found Precision Door 4 yrs ago thru an internet search when I needed service. So when I needed service again, I did not hesitate to call them. They have one of the best communication systems with customers that I have ever experienced with a company from the initial phone contact thru to the caliber of personnel. They keep a customer informed of all aspects of the call/appointment. They are the only company that I have ever dealt with who sends you a bio of the technician who will be arriving for service at your home and is a feature that I like because it is another level of security provided to customers. Also, they may make suggestions for current or future service that may be needed but there is no pressure to adhere to their recommendations which is something I greatly appreciate because that does not work well with me. They provide outstanding service and I would highly recommend Precision Door without any hesitation at all. Great company. Ryan was the tech who arrived for my service call today. Ryan was courteous and knowledgeable. All protocols in this time of the pandemic were observed by both of us. Ryan not only took care of my current issue but inspected all of my equipment to make sure everything was in proper working condition. It was a pleasure to have a tech such as Ryan to take care of my service today. He epitomizes the caliber of the quality of this company in regard to their employees and service. Thank you, Ryan.
Thank you for such a wonderful review, Linda! We love hearing about the impression our technicians make on homeowners out in the field, as they represent us as a company. Safety and security is very important to us, from pandemic protocols to employee bios and a thorough inspection of the garage for condition of parts. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with Precision. Reviews like this help homeowners know that Precision is a name you can trust.

The service from Precision Door is beyond all experiences I have ever had with any contractor. From the person answering the phone to the email with the background and picture of the technician coming to the home and the follow up email with the precise time he will be at the home. You don't get this level of professionalism from most companies. The technician was very personable and knowledgeable and fixed the issue promptly. I couldn't ask for more! I highly recommend them!

When you are ready to leave the house and your garage door won't open (not even manually) it can become an urgent situation that needs attention ASAP. That was my situation. Exhausting all "friends" options for help, I turned to the internet and found this company. What a gem! From the initial phone call stating my dilemma to the time the service technician showed up it was nothing but high level service. The communication was incredible. Rather than being left wondering when the tech would arrive in the four hour window I was given, I received a call from customer service letting me know where the technician was in his scheduled routes and was provided with an updated ETA. The communication was proactive and made me feel valued. When the technician (Ryan) arrived (on time, I might add!) he was VERY professional and polite which just continued to reinforce that a random selection from the internet was proving to be a very positive decision!
Thanks for the review, Ann! So sorry to hear about your garage door dilemma, but so glad Ryan could help you! We prioritize high quality communication with our customers, from the very first phone call to arrival time of the tech and even possible solutions. Reviews like this help other homeowners know that Precision is a name you can trust.

Precision Was recommended to us by our insurance company. We had 2 recommendations and after seeing the major difference in professionalism there was no question that Precision was our choice. From the first phone call to the wonderfully efficient and talented sales/design technician to the actual installation we were treated respectfully, all of our questions were answered and last but not least they kept exactly to their schedules. They kept us updated every step of the way. I have since recommended them when ever anyone mentions garage doors!

After many years of my husband annually and painstakingly fixing our old garage doors, I had Precision Doors install new doors for us almost five years ago. The system was much quieter and ran smoother than our old one. They just came out to replace a coil. Quick, courteous and efficient service— I still appreciate their service and product five years later! It was worth the investment!
Thank you for the review, Patty! Garage doors truly are a valuable investment! Thank you for continuing to choose Precision for your garage door needs! We look forward to helping you for years to come!

I had used Precision Door Service at a previous residence and was very pleased with their professional service and trusted them to make the upgrades at my present residence. The videos about their products and services are very informative and helpful. The expected arrival time window is only two hours, so you don't have to wait all day. Doug, my installer, showed up on time, and after going over the needs assessment, quickly got to work. I didn't have to wait to reschedule. Doug had all of the parts he needed to install my new opener/keypad, and did an outstanding job in under two hours. Doug seemed very experienced at trouble shooting and fixed any existing problems. I would highly recommend using Precision! Doug was always cognizant of safe distancing and followed all Covid-19 safety rules. Thanks Doug and thanks Precision!
Thank you for trusting Precision to continuously servicing your garage door repairs. We appreciate you taking a moment to write this review about your experience with us. Your time, safety, and satisfaction are very important to us! Enjoy your LiftMaster opener. We look forward to helping you with any garage door needs.
