Garage Torino spring snapped. Called next morning. I Was able to have an appointment that same day at noon. At 1030 received a phone call TK, who was very courteous , and asked if it’s ok to come earlier than the scheduled time. He arrived at the promised time. Explained the the fee. My options. Finished the job quickly and was on his way. Also very good about wearing a mask. Tk was a true professional.

When you are ready to leave the house and your garage door won't open (not even manually) it can become an urgent situation that needs attention ASAP. That was my situation. Exhausting all "friends" options for help, I turned to the internet and found this company. What a gem! From the initial phone call stating my dilemma to the time the service technician showed up it was nothing but high level service. The communication was incredible. Rather than being left wondering when the tech would arrive in the four hour window I was given, I received a call from customer service letting me know where the technician was in his scheduled routes and was provided with an updated ETA. The communication was proactive and made me feel valued. When the technician (Ryan) arrived (on time, I might add!) he was VERY professional and polite which just continued to reinforce that a random selection from the internet was proving to be a very positive decision!

After many years of my husband annually and painstakingly fixing our old garage doors, I had Precision Doors install new doors for us almost five years ago. The system was much quieter and ran smoother than our old one. They just came out to replace a coil. Quick, courteous and efficient service— I still appreciate their service and product five years later! It was worth the investment!

I had used Precision Door Service at a previous residence and was very pleased with their professional service and trusted them to make the upgrades at my present residence. The videos about their products and services are very informative and helpful. The expected arrival time window is only two hours, so you don't have to wait all day. Doug, my installer, showed up on time, and after going over the needs assessment, quickly got to work. I didn't have to wait to reschedule. Doug had all of the parts he needed to install my new opener/keypad, and did an outstanding job in under two hours. Doug seemed very experienced at trouble shooting and fixed any existing problems. I would highly recommend using Precision! Doug was always cognizant of safe distancing and followed all Covid-19 safety rules. Thanks Doug and thanks Precision!

I'd give Precision ten stars if that were an option. An operating cable on one of our heavy, 28-year-old wood garage doors broke and took a spring and an eye bolt with it. After our home warranty company assigned some fly-by-night contractor who wouldn't even answer the phone (and had terrible reviews), I gave up and called Precision based on their stellar reviews so we could get the broken door fixed and the cables on the other two doors replaced proactively. That was undoubtedly the right call. The tech, Tommy, showed up on time. He was awesome - endlessly courteous, professional, and forthright. The chain on one of our openers has been sagging and noisy (and getting worse), so I've been planning to replace it. Tommy actually spotted the issue the instant he walked in the garage and showed me the source of the problem. I decided to go ahead with replacement with a new Liftmaster WLED and couldn't be happier. Doing any of this myself would've taken an entire Saturday. He knocked it out in about two hours and the work is flawless. We're doing new doors and the other two openers next spring, and we will undoubtedly use Precision (and hopefully Tommy). It's rare to find a contractor these days that makes such a positive impression. Keep up the great work.
