We have had problems with our garage doors for years and finally decided to do something about it. We called Precision Doors and were very glad we did. Our technician, Ryan, was extremely knowledgeable and patient explaining all of our options. He never pressured us to choose one option over another. After evaluating everything (and since our doors were so broken and old) we decided on installing new garage doors. Only two days later I already received confirmation that our doors are ordered and will be ready in a few days. We have been very pleased with our experience with Precision Doors so far and are confident our doors will be installed professionally. We would certainly recommend Precision Doors to others and would highly recommend their service technician Ryan.

We had our door repaired about 7 years ago and all of the hardware was replaced. A spring uncoiled and the tech John came the next day and took care of everything no issues. The hardware was all under warranty still. Even during a pandemic they were super easy to deal with.

She was very knowledgeable and worked with us to make sure we purchased exactly what we were looking for, and the price for the new doors was below what I had expected.
