Garage door was making loud noises and I was afraid something would pop and damage vehicle Chris K.,your service tech, was here within an hour or two of my call. When he call to confirm he was very pleasant and professional. Upon arrival he quickly diagnosed problem and explained options to me. The repair was completed in reasonable time and to my satisfaction. I would definitely give this man ?????????? (5 stars)

Chris K. Is absolutely fantastic. Truth is I was wary at first because I usually do business with smaller more local companies but none of them ever provided a quote or even called back. I called Precision and Chris showed up that same day. We discussed what I wanted done and he started the work that day. He needed parts to finish and came back the next morning right on time. I really wish it was this easy to work with contractors all the time. I couldn't be happier. Rock solid dude supported by a good company. Thanks for being so professional!!!!

Today Chris K was assigned our repair need. He came at the appointed time, walked me through his inspection and could not have been more knowledgeable about this job. Within less than 1 hour Chris was finished installing the new springs, rollers, cables and safety cables. I would recommend both Precision and Chris

Our garage door would not open due to broken springs. Chris Karnacewicz from Precision came and fixed the door in less than an hour. He was very nice and very knowledgeable -- a true professional. He explained everything in a very patient manner and made recommendations as to what needs to be replaced. We had a slight problem with our garage door not closing properly. Since Precision is the company we used to work on our garage door previously, I called to have it serviced. They came as scheduled and called prior to arriving. Chris, the technician, made the necessary adjustments in no time. He was most pleasant and very professional. Chris and Luke were outstanding. I called Precision when one of my openers failed to operate. I received a next day appointment. Chris and Luke were prompt, courteous and thorough. They were able to diagnose the issue(burned out motor), explained why it happened and ran through several options. I decided to replace the unit and the other 20+ yr old unit at the same time. They had all the parts with them, replaced the system, as well as the rollers, springs and installed a new tension cable that is code, to keep the doors from crashing down in the event that they needed to be opened manually. In two hours they had the job done, no mess and they walked me through everything. The Lift master openers are terriffic and i can barely hear the doors opening now. I highly recommend Precision; ask for Chris and Luke!

my garage door went kaput late Friday afternoon. These guys were here fixing the problem first thing Sunday morning. Everything was clearly explained to me and all of my options (long vs short term, $ vs $$$) were laid out for me. The technician was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and most of all, I felt he dealt pretty straight with me. Did I want to spend $900+ on garage door repairs? No, but I'm glad I called Precision when I needed to get the job done quickly and done right.

5 stars!!! The service technician was very helpful, courteous, and professional. I had a repair done just in time to meet my 5 year warranty on labor. I actually had been putting it off thinking it was going to be expensive, and it turned out costing me nothing because of the lifetime warranty on parts. We're so happy because we use our garage door a lot. Bringing groceries in the house is going to be a lot easier again. Thanks Chris!

5* Chris was knowledgable and courteous and gave clear explanations of problems and remedies. He did a rebuild on the door and replaced the assembly. Chris paid close attention to the sounds the doorr made while opening n closing to be sure it was opening and closing properly. He made necessary adjustments until all was operating smoothly. My only complaint was the cost of each remedy.

I called Precision last year and the technician performed a minor 20 second bracket adjustment. He could not have been more professional, courteous and kind. Because of that single experience I called Precision this week to come check out both of my garage door openers. Chris came to the house today. He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and did not apply any sales pressure. Well, we bought 2 new openers today, which Chris had readily available in his truck, and the install was fast, clean and professional. Chris was terrific and so was the technician that came to our home last year. Precision is great company with great technicians. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision to anyone who has garage door needs.

I needed to have my garage door opener replaced. The Liftmaster is much quieter than the Craftsman-great. Hope it works well. Had a new Garage door opener and rollers installed today by Chris and Dan (Trainee) and the process could not have gone more smoothly. Called to make the appointment 18 hours prior had no issues scheduling the appointment and I got a call 30 minutes before my service window known when to expect Chris. Chris actually was able to arrive earlier then expected and was able to quickly diagnose the need and present options to me. While installing the new garage door opener they also checked the health of the rest of the system (Rollers, Springs, Hinges). I was very please with the efficiency, professionalism and quality of the work that was done and the ability for the issue to be resolved so quickly. I would highly recommend Chris and PDS to anyone that asked.
