I had a problem with an error code 4.4 showing up. Lights would blink and door wouldn't always open or close on first try. Technician was here within half an hour from placing service call. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Since they installed my new system and it was under warrantee they were able to fix it. Thank you Precision for your quick service call.

My overhead Garage door motor blew out and two places that I called were not able to provide service. I called Precision and was able to get a Sunday appointment....we receive a call on Sunday from Christian Gutierrez to let us know he was on is way. Christian was very knowledgeable, gave us a good price, was helpful since I was handicapped and showed us how to use all the features. I would recommend him again. Christian Gutierrez from Precision Garage Doors provided us with same day service to fix our jammed 30-year-old garage door. He made it completely functional again. Only when prompted, did he also review replacement options with me by showing me each option that I was considering on his ipad, complete with a price and picture of the final look. He was patient and a good listener who translated ideas into quotes that optimized between price and looks. Overall - EXCELLENT service! We will definitely work with Precision garage Doors for our future garage door needs (and ask for Christian).

Christian G deserves a 5 star rating. He is very professional. He was very through repairing my garage door - it no longer pings when it closes. He checked both my garage doors and gave me information if I ever want to replace the motors that currently are over 20 years old. so far they are working ok) I am recommending precision garage doors and services to my friends neighbors and family. Christian G. is a great technician to have in your company. And thank you for all the updates to this appointment (times of arrivals) plus even giving information of who is coming to my house. We had an excellent experience with Precision. After our garage door abruptly and rather dramatically stopped working last week, I called Precision and spoke with a very friendly and helpful woman, who was able to send someone out within a few hours. Christian was extremely professional and thorough, assessing our current system and offering detailed options for replacement (and was then very patient in repeating it all to my husband over the phone). He was even able to replace it all in the same day, expressing no qualms about staying for several hours, even into the evening. By the time he left, we knew we had a great new system that will be safe and reliable for years to come. We highly recommend Precision!

I needed repairs to my garage door and Precision did the job! They scheduled service quickly, were there when they said they would be, and efficiently repaired my door. Christian was the technician who did the job. He was awesome! Very professional, walked me through all of my options, and made the repairs carefully and completely.
