He took time to explain our various options and costs and his installation was quick, efficient and neat. Taking the old opener away for no extra charge was an added bonus. The spring broke on my garage door. I called Precision on 12/30 and they were able to come out on New Year's eve. Ferdinand was very professional and explained everything to me. They send a text with the technicians picture and a text letting me know he is on the way. He replaced the springs and cables very efficiently and lubricated the door. The door works great.

Spring broke last night after putting the second car in. It's a large old wooden door to a 2 car garage.....weighs 450 lbs. Both cars now trapped and no way can the door be opened manually. Called Precision first thing in the morning. Response was excellent, they arrived in less than 3 hours. Ferdinand gives me a couple of alternatives and the repair is completed and doors are working in about 90 minutes. I was impressed with Ferdinand's knowledge, expertise and professional manner. Also really appreciated the prompt response.

Ferdinand was super helpful with my garage door issue! He replaced the sensors, which solved my problem, but he also took the extra time to fix some door alignment issues that he spotted. He also gave me a quote for some future maintenance work, including replacing all the pulleys and springs. Didn’t need it at this point, but I appreciate the offer. All in all this was an extremely positive experience and we will definitely be using Precision in the future for our garage door needs.

Two years ago I needed service on my garage door. Phil came to service the garage door. Last Friday the garage door motor gear shaft broke after 21 years of service and I had the lift master garage door installed today. Technicians are always, friendly, helpful and good at what they do. One good thing is very often you can get service on the same day you call, which is unusual today. Only negative is they are a little pricey!

Two garage doors serviced/repaired. Called late in the day on Monday. They gave me an appointment for Tuesday between 8 and 12. Ferdinand called at 8:15 and said he’d be here at 8:30. Right on time. Reviewed the worked that needed to be completed. Said it would take about 2 hours and 1 hr and 45 min later done. Ferdinand was fantastic. He took the time to review the work completed in detail. Very friendly, informative and professional.

The communication between myself and precision doors is excellent . I had updates on when technician would arrive. Fernando is very professional , courteous and efficient he explained everything that he was going to do and how long it would look take. I had rollers, springs, cables installed on both doors, they operate like new doors.
