John Delpiu was the Precision Garage Door Service Technician who worked on our door. He kept us well advised as to the time he would arrive in the service window, so there was no unnecessary waiting around. Once on site John saw what our issue was. He tediously adjusted the springs and cables on both sides of the door. The door is working much better now after his adjustments!

John was very efficient the way he installed the garage door opener along with the new rail. I Was pleased with the installation and the way John did it.
