The technician listened carefully as I explained the problem. He advised me of the remedy and explained the cost. Also explained that for a little additional $$$ he could check while system since he was already here for service call and thus I wouldn’t incur another service call to have entire system checked. I said yes to check whole system, which he did, and remedied situations before they became problems. Very knowledgeable, very pleasant. Very skilled. Great customer experience. I will always use Precision and will recommend Precision to others.

Louis repaired the broken torsion spring and did a fantastic job. Price was quoted before any work was performed and he applied the half off service fee coupon which was better than the senior citizen discount coupon. We were informed multiple times by the office and the technician on when Louis was going to be at the house prior to him arriving. It was the first time using this company and I would recommend them to anyone we know. Great experience.

Appreciated the text with info on service person and approximate time of arrival, and subsequent follow-up texts. Lisa and Jennifer in the office were excellent and personable. Kevin was efficient in assessing the issue and recommendation. I appreciated his explanation of what was needed and what was included in the replacement. He was able to complete the job the same day and in less than an hour. He also took the time to assess the viability of a second garage door opener. I will more than likely have that replacement done after the holidays by your company. Thanks for the great service.

It started with the phone call to give me an idea of when he would arrive.....and then an update. Then the picture and name of who would be coming was texted. Then the inspection and estimate. Then the fact that work would be begin immediately, not another day! The technician Kevin was very professional and gave me options. I chose to have all the mechanical parts replaced on all 3 doors. He did a very nice job and went over everything with me and then cleaned up within 2 hours as he had promised! It was way beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend Precision!

I choose Precision for my garage door issue for the first time due to their time flexibility which was very important to me since I work Monday to Friday. I also like that they keep you updated of your appointment when they are on their way, gave you an idea who they are sending to work with you and on top of that, they send me Luke who was very thorough and knowledgeable about his work. He make it easy for me to decide what I want and need done. I end up changing the motor and was happy with the results. I will use them again.

Everyone was very responsive. Glenn showed up exactly when he said he would. Unfortunately I am looking to replace my current 30 year old single panel tilt door and Glenn informed me that you do not carry that style door. If I cannot find one I will call you back to look at my other options. Thank you
