Our 3-car garage motors were outdated and needed to be replaced. Brian H. performed the work and did a great job. He communicated his arrival time, replaced all the motors, springs, cables, etc. and gave us new (and quiet!) doors for our home. He explained everything and was neat, tidy and very efficient. We are a military family moving from VA to NJ and have used Precision in both states. We are very happy with their consistent professionalism and courtesy.

I scheduled an appointment for a spring that broke on my garage door. Scheduling was easy and convenient. Made an appointment for the next day and the technician on the job, Brian, called in the morning to let me know when I could expect hem to arrive. He let me know that he was at another job, that they would be done by a certain time and that they would call as soon as they were on their way. True to his work and time estimate, Brian called and showed up promptly. Once here Brian introduced me to his colleague that was training, Josh. Both Brian and Josh were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I went over the issues I was having, and Brian explained to me my options. I also brought up some other concerns I was having about the garage door openers, and he advised to what could be done without trying to upsell. I decided to move forward with some additional work and they said they could have it done with 2 hours. All the parts were on the truck and this made the service call that much more convenient as they would not have to come out for a follow-up call to complete the work. Work was completed in less than 2 hours and the workmanship exceeded my expectations. Brian and Josh went over in detail what was done, and how to keep up with any maintenance. Price was fair, and I would highly recommend.

Five stars from the start! The customer service was great. Luke's customer service was of the highest standard I have ever experienced. Luke called ahead before arrival AND established a pleasant demeanor during the call which put me at ease before his arrival. Luke's attention to detail allowed me to feel comfortable and confident with the results of his pre-inspection; which in turn I trusted his recommendations and am more than satisfied with the results.
