Used Precision when we lived in Bedminster and were very happy. Again very pleased with entire experience. Chris was good enough to call early and give a timeframe when he would arrive and was very thorough explaining options and his problem can be solved. Fixed everything quickly and was extremely happy!!

This is the third time I have called Precision Door for help. A real person (Holly) answered the phone and scheduled me for the following day. I waited less than 24 hours to have a technician come to the house which in this day and age is amazing! My appointment was scheduled for between 12 and 4. Jackson called around 12:10 to let me know he had just arrived at the appointment before mine and that he would call again when he was on his way which he did. I love that their website has bios on their employees so I know who will be arriving at my home. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. He explained what needed to be done - spring replacement - and was done in about half an hour. I would certainly recommend Jackson and this company to anyone! Thanks, Precision Door!
