Absolutely the best! Always responsive! Tim, my service tech, was very informative, answered all my questions. Love my new garage door and opener. All contacts from making the appointment was done with precision! Didn't realize it was just a name, but the actual service/product you receive from this company. So delighted I have passed the company name on to two other friends.

I would give a five star rating to the actual service by Tim. There was some confusion on the scheduling part, where the dispatcher set the expectation very different than what Precision offers. After learning about the confusion, Tim tried his best to make the things work out. I am very pleased with his professionalism and his work.

He listened carefully about the issue we were having and explained the problem clearly. He then offered options for its replacement and explained each one so we knew exactly what we would be getting. John then worked quickly, smoothly and professionally to install the new system. I called around 10am and John was here by noon. He was very nice and we were very happy with his work. Our old opener was humming and had the new system installed. He checked the whole operation of the door to make sure there were no other issues. The one thing that he wasn't able to do was re code my car to open the garage door through no fault of trying. I tried, he tried but just couldn't get my car to match the code. I may call my car dealer to see if there is something else that might be interfering with the signal. It is a 14 yr old car after all. We would certainly recommend your company. Thanks again John

This is the third time I have called Precision Door for help. A real person (Holly) answered the phone and scheduled me for the following day. I waited less than 24 hours to have a technician come to the house which in this day and age is amazing! My appointment was scheduled for between 12 and 4. Jackson called around 12:10 to let me know he had just arrived at the appointment before mine and that he would call again when he was on his way which he did. I love that their website has bios on their employees so I know who will be arriving at my home. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. He explained what needed to be done - spring replacement - and was done in about half an hour. I would certainly recommend Jackson and this company to anyone! Thanks, Precision Door!
