From my initial phone call to request installation of a second garage door opener(we had our first installed in June) by Precision, less than 48 hours elapsed. John was a super technician and very knowledgeable and polite.....we're very pleased!

My technician, Louis Rowek, was terrific! He explained everything that he was going to do and why he was doing it. He checked all parts and I feel he was extremely honest in giving me his expert opinion of what was needed and what parts were working just fine. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. My garage was not in the neatest of conditions, but Lou worked around it and was very neat during the entire process. The service was excellent in terms of timing and coming within the window 12-4, the technician was also great. The price for service was ridiculous. $700 for service/parts that cost $10 or less at Lowes. I have never paid more than $350 for it to be fixed so sadly we will be looking elsewhere next time. We asked if it was more bc it was a Sunday - technician said no, its just the company’s pricing.

I was impressed with the information your company provided on the internet. This information convinced me that Precision could provide the type of garage doors I was in the market for. I met Service Technician Chris Karnacewicz as scheduled, he measure the opening for the two garage doors. He immediately stated that the 8' x 9' is consider a commercial door opening and that he would take a picture with his cell phone and send it to his supervisor to see if their company would be interested in doing the work. I told Chris that I would be flexible on down sizing the door, make sure you advise your supervisor of this. He spoke to me for no more than 10 minutes when he said that he would be in touch with me and started to depart. I asked Chris if he had a brochure on the type of doors Precision could offer and does he have a business card? Chris went to his company truck, retrieved the two documents I requested, and immediately returned to his truck to depart. His last words to me, I will be in touch. As of this date, I have not received any telephone call or emails from Chris Karnacewicz which has given me the impression that my garage door project was too involve and complicated for Precision.

I called at around 10:00 and was given a window of 12-4pm. The tech Brian showed up a few minutes before 12 Noon--most companies are not so prompt. I just moved into a new home and the garage door broke last night. Brian quickly evaluated the entire door system and all of its components. He was able to make all of the repairs and add a safety feature that was non-existent. His work was outstanding and did not take a long time to do. His evaluation was honest and he did not try to upsell me something that I did not need. I would recommend Brian and Precision Door to anyone in need of garage door repair and/or replacement. Going forward, they are the company I will call for anything needed for my garage door!

Great service. I called late on a Tuesday and they were able to come the next morning. I like that the tech calls you prior to arriving at your house. Had to have the motor replaced for one of my garage door openers. The service tech was terrific. He explained my options and the cost for each. Very professional service from start to finish.

Excellent service overall. Brian was very professional and thorough. The web site appears to be misleading regarding their stated ten year warranty on replacement garage door springs. It seems there is really only a one year warranty on their springs unless you also replace additional door parts, inflating the total repair cost.

My garage door opener was decades old, low tech and the door hardware was noisy and needed service. Precision Door sent a very pleasant and knowledgeable technician, Ryan Murphy, who performed a thorough inspection and recommended rebuilding the door hardware and installing a new high tech opener. I agreed and Ryan completed the work quickly and efficiently. What a difference!
