The job was scheduled quickly and the technicians, Malik and Rudy, arrived on time and finished quickly. There was a concern so another technician, Brian, was sent out to resolve it. We appreciated the communication about who was coming and when to expect them. Very pleased - installation by Sam and his associate was perfect. On time, professional, communicated well & helped me to reset car connection with door opener. Slight problem with work process: Cleanup ! Styrofoam packing of door left many small foam pieces on garage floor & part of driveway. They should have been vacuumed upon completion of the job but were not.

We have been having issues with our garage door opener. It is more like a hit or miss every time we used our remote. Hence we decided to get John D back. He was very punctual and been explaining to us in detailing about the difference of their products. I couldn't said enough about his professionalism and his attention to detail are top notch!
