Precision installed a new belt drive door opener today. I found dealing with Precision easy. They showed up when they Promised, even called ahead to advise they were on their way. Bryan the installer was very pleasant and professional. He was also very neat and efficient and there was not any extra movement during the install. And he even connected new code into two automobiles before he left.

Looking for someone local. Surprised that it was going to be so expensive but Tim explained because of the age of the springs, pulleys, etc. that everything should be replaced not repaired. He did a great job in a short period of time. Would recommend him anytime.

The spring of my garage door was broken on Sunday. I found Precision Door Service online called them on Monday based on their good reviews. Precision was able to schedule someone to come on Tuesday. The technician Luigi arrived on time, he was courteous and able to clearly explain to me the problem. He fixed the door for me right away. He was great and very professional! Kevin Stasiak was our technician, and he figured out the issue right away and fixed it within a few minutes. He was professional and courteous and he got the job done. I reached out to Precision Garage Door Service to have the garage door in our town home repaired. During the "Polar Vortex" our door opened just fine but failed to close at all. I had to detach the door from the opener for the evening. I just searched online for a service company in our area and your company came up. After placing a call the next morning and dealing with a really helpful individual who did the scheduling, I had an appointment scheduled for that very same day. I was advised that Christopher K would be coming to my home. Christopher actually contacted me about 2 hours before the appointment window began and asked if he could come early. Which I have never experienced before and was quite thrilled. Christopher arrived and was very professional and very courteous. He took a look at what was going on and gave me some recommendations on how to fix it. Once we had a plan in place, he proceeded to get right to work. The day Christopher came was one of the coldest days of the year but that did not stop his hard work ethic or professionalism. After Christopher completed the job, he even helped me reset our outdoor keypad which I had been hesitant to redo without a professional. Your company should be proud of Christopher and the hard work he does! I will highly recommend your company to anyone I speak with. Even though the work completed shouldn't need regular servicing, I was treated as though I was a daily customer. Very pleased with your company and this experience!

My garage doors were repaired the same day I called, they came quickly. Louis Rowek , the technician explained to me what needed to be fixed. He explained the cost ahead of time, and asked permission to do the work. The repair was done promptly. Both men were extremely nice., and the repair looks good. The door is working fine. I have used this company in the past and would use them again. Hopefully I will not need a repair for a log time .

My garage door was acting up, it would open without an issue but refuse to close. It wasn't a safety sensor issue, as I had inspected the sensors and nothing was blocking it's path. Dumbfounded, I called Precision as I have limited exp. with garage door openers. I spoke to Emily who was nice enough to give me an appointment time-block for the same day. She scheduled me with Chris for 2-6pm. Chris reached out to me literally an hour later (around 12:30pm) explaining that he can get to my house in 30mins. I was relieved as I had some grocery shopping to do and shoehorned the appointment in my schedule as I needed my garage door fixed. I received an auto confirmation text from Precision which included Chris' name, rating and short bio. I thought the bio was a bit much but still a nice touch as I guess it helps build rapport. Chris showed up exactly 30mins later, he greeted me and I explained the issue I was having with the opener. He instantly went into troubleshooting mode and counted the flashing lights on the back of the opener. I asked him if he knew what was wrong, he said he had a hunch but would like to open up the side panel before confirming -- this is something I appreciated. It exhibits the whole "measure twice, cut once" principle that I'm fond of. A few mins later Chris delivered the news, circuit board was bad and my gears were begin to strip. He explained my options in great detail so I could make the most informed decision as possible. After weighing out the pro's and con's, I decided it was best to opt for a new opener. The deal made sense because just the cost of repairs to my 20 year old unit would've been 70% of a newly installed system. Chris began his work and he was off to the races. All said and done, it took him about an hour. Not bad at all considering he: removed the old system and accessories (outside key pad, inside opener button, metal rail and chain), installed and configured the new system and accessories. He even replaced the brace/holder for the opener with a heavier duty material. Mind you, he did this with below freezing temps outside in an unheated garage all with a smile on his face, and on top, by garage was also spotless. Not a single strand of plastic, or debris in sight. He transported all of the rubbish/trash back to his van. He helped me set the new pass code for the opener and let me set it privately. The new opener functioned exactly like how Chris had said it would. He had mentioned that the new system would be a lot quieter than my old one, and he wasn't kidding. I was appalled and amused by how quiet it was. I was also pleasantly surprised of how quickly the turnaround time was. From me making the initial appointment at 11:30am to setting the pass code for my new opener at 2:20pm, it's clear Precision values my time. All in all, I'm very happy with Precision and am especially grateful that they employ such awesome people. I find them to be of great value and will continue using their services in the future.
