Our experience with Precision Garage Door Service was wonderful. Jackson, the technician who came to perform the repair, was knowledgable, friendly, and took the time to explain everything that he was doing. Not only did Jackson take the time to explain the problem and what he was doing to correct it, he stayed until he was sure that the problem was fixed perfectly. From the initial phone call that I made to schedule the appointment to the actual work being done, everyone at Precision was courteous and friendly. We are very pleased with the service that was provided to us.

It was such a pleasure to do business with Precision! They are very fortunate to have such a kind and knowledgeable technician as Rob Zuniga. He reviewed over all the materials and did his best to give quality advice regarding my garage set-up, and needs as far as purchasing new garage door operating systems in addition to new safety equipment such as new springs, safety cables, etc. Currently, it is bitter cold in northern New Jersey, and Rob worked tirelessly through the bitter temps with no issues at all. Again, Precision is served best having the best of quality employees assisting them each day. They are truly golden having Rob on their side! Thanks again!!

Luke was very friendly and knowledgable. My garage door was very rattly and would sometimes get stuck but after Luke was done, it was smooth as new! Granted I also needed a new garage door opener and a center rail and those items were installed! All in all I was very impress with the level of service that was provided.
