Every aspect of the process was wonderful. Easy to schedule an appointment - my details were quickly noted on the call. The email noting the appointment was clear and showed the technician who was to do the work. When assessing the damage, I was told that the parts needed to replace the springs was covered by my previous warranty and the separate issue related to my opener was quoted and explained clearly. I chose Precision because when my door broke previously, they came immediately and provided stellar service. This time, when I need to replace the garage door pad, they were the only ones I considered. They came exactly at the time I chose, and were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Garage door was not working. I called Precision and within minutes received a text confirmation of my appointment for the same day, then a text giving me the name and photo of my technician. Kevin and trainee (Phil) called to say they would arrive in fifteen minutes. My problem was diagnosed and repaired (new springs, new rollers, etc) in less than 45 minutes. Kevin and Phil were polite and thoroughly explained all options in a way that I could understand. Kevin also had to listen to my frustration with another garage service that had wasted three weeks of my time, scheduling appointments for which they didn’t show, etc, and he even apologized for THEM that I had gone through so much bad service! I highly recommend Precision!
