Wonderful customer service. Matthew was very knowledgeable and professional. He arrived on time and walked me through what I needed done and the prices. This is my second experience using your Company. 2 years ago Marc replaced my garage door opener. He was also great. Based on these two technicians ans the easy way of booking a same day appointment, Ive recommended my neighbor use your Company as well. He’ll be booking his appointment soon.

We had Tammy come out to give us an estimate for new garage doors and openers. She was friendly, knowledgeable and organized. We decided to move forward with the purchase and installation due to our overall experience with her. Hopefully we are just as happy with the installation technicians and final product. Look for our final review!

I called Precision after heavily researching garage door professionals that do the job right. I'm glad I went with these guys!! From setting up the appointment to the actual install was great. My tech Julian Villamor was caught up at his previous job but his office called and gave me updates (a very professional thing to do!). Upon arrival, Julian was very apologetic about being late and was ready to get to work! He explained the different types of LiftMaster models he had in his truck and I ultimately went with the WLED mainly for the superior light output it provides in the garage. Install seemed so quick too! Once completed, Julian showed me all the features and thoroughly explained everything to me and cleaned up after himself. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone who want nothing but the best!

Precision Door responded to my call concerning my problems with my garage door promptly and provided with me with several time slots to have a technician inspect the door, so that I was able select an option that was most convenient for me. Their technician called about 30 minutes before his intended arrival to let me know that he was on his way and he arrived within the time frame that I selected. He quickly assessed the problems, gave me a clear understanding of what was wrong and what would be needed to fix them, provided me with a written estimate and performed the required repairs very efficiently and effectively. He then gave me some suggestions as to how I might better maintain the door to avoid future problems. Excellent and reasonably priced service – I could not be more satisfied.
