Excellent job by an experienced, affable serviceperson (Chris? Forgive me; I'm not good with names....) who swiftly diagnosed the problem, explained how he proposed to address the situation, and advised me of a few concerns he had about one rusted spring and a lack of safety cables. He explain prices to me and I chose what service I wanted. BTW, I did not know who to call for service, but I remembered the name Precision -- who knows from where? Probably advertising. So I looked on the internet and decided to call them. I'm glad I did. High marks all around !!!! Thank you.

My garage door opener died and I needed a new one. I was able to schedule for the following day. Brian called half and hour before he was to arrive and performed an assessment of my unit. He gave me options with the price. He was extremely professional and courteous. Once I choose the option I felt was best he started working. I had everything replaced except the door and rails. It took him about an hour to install everything and I could not be happier. I highly recommend Precision.

WOW! White glove service. I am very impressed with this company. I will contact them for all my garage door needs. We called for a repair service. Our technician John took excellent care of our 3 garage doors. He replaced springs, installed a new opener, and just took the time necessary to make sure everything was just right. We were kept well informed throughout via email, text . Chris arrived promptly, reviewed our need and gave us good recommendation of the Liftmaster opener to install at a reasonable price. I agreed and Chris completed the install professionally and promptly as he had all the products in his well appointed truck. Chris also programmed opener in my car, and outsde the garage door frame. The unit works very well, is much quiter than our old unit. I was able to set up MyQ App easily.

The rails for my garage door had been disassembled 15 years ago to make my garage into a gym. Now that all of the gym equipment is gone, I wanted my garage back.
