Since I was a return customer, I appreciated that my bill was discounted considerably. Also noteworthy is the communication from the company assuring me of the safety of their technician, has arrival time and a notice when he was on his way. John was very professional describing the job that needed to be done. Gave us a new remote opener and programmed it so we could press any number to open. He even cleaned the leaves out of our garage so they would not interfere with the sensors. He was Very nice and professional. Would be happy to have him service our garage door every time. Excellent service. Called this morning. I was told someone could be here between 10 and 2. A bit after 10, the service tech called to tell me that he was on a job that would last about 1 1/2 hours and would be to me right after. He then called again when he was about 20 minutes away. Great communication. The tech was fantastic. He diagnosed my problem quickly, put an estimate together and was done in about 30 minutes. Thanks, John. You were just great. I really appreciate the Precision service.
