Quick-Easy-Prompt-Courteous-Reliable Called for an appointment on Monday evening after our garage door refused to open. An appointment was scheduled for the next morning. I called Precision after heavily researching garage door professionals that do the job right. I'm glad I went with these guys!! From setting up the appointment to the actual install was great. My tech Julian Villamor was caught up at his previous job but his office called and gave me updates (a very professional thing to do!). Upon arrival, Julian was very apologetic about being late and was ready to get to work! He explained the different types of LiftMaster models he had in his truck and I ultimately went with the WLED mainly for the superior light output it provides in the garage. Install seemed so quick too! Once completed, Julian showed me all the features and thoroughly explained everything to me and cleaned up after himself. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone who want nothing but the best!

Precision Door responded to my call concerning my problems with my garage door promptly and provided with me with several time slots to have a technician inspect the door, so that I was able select an option that was most convenient for me. Their technician called about 30 minutes before his intended arrival to let me know that he was on his way and he arrived within the time frame that I selected. He quickly assessed the problems, gave me a clear understanding of what was wrong and what would be needed to fix them, provided me with a written estimate and performed the required repairs very efficiently and effectively. He then gave me some suggestions as to how I might better maintain the door to avoid future problems. Excellent and reasonably priced service – I could not be more satisfied.

The people that I spoke with on the phone were professional and compassionate. The spring on the garage door broke at a very unfortunate time. Within a day, an appointment was set and Matthew Dewald showed up. He was friendly, professional, and fixed the problem quickly replacing both springs including a safety cord. Notifying the customer beforehand of any changes, plus the picture and history of the repair person, gave a strong sense of safety. I'm definitely remembering Matthew and I shall recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone in the future. Thank you.

The first installer Brian had to leave but was a very polite young man and a very good ambassador for your company. The second installer today Phil was just as professional competent and polite. He was very friendly and he knew his equipment and showed me all the operations. I also like the professional attire that they wear. I have no complaints.
