I was very satisfied with Tim Rainey's service. He is a true pro. 5 stars. Tim promptly serviced 2 of my garage doors replacing springs, pulleys and cables. He also lubed the garage door opener tracks which really helped with the noise. Great job Precision!

We had our garage doors installed by Precision in 2009. I called this morning to make an appointment to get our garage door spring fixed. They said they could come today between 12-4 and they would call 30 minutes prior to arrival, which they did. The repair person who came was extremely polite, honest and professional!! He even let me know that some packages were delivered by the garage and he brought them in for me. He did an assessment of the problem and quickly came up with 3 estimates and I chose the option that was right for me and then he quickly did the work and our garage door is now working perfectly! I did not feel he was trying to get me to pay for extra work. He was very honest about the other door which he said was working very well and did not need anything. He also had an ipad type device where he could quickly price out the options and also take my credit card. Thank you!

5 star rating I received a mailer about Precision Doors, and it had listed all of the services I needed. I called this morning to make an appointment. The installer came in the afternoon, did an assessment and gave me a price quote. He did the work before 5:00 pm. I was happily stunned! He was friendly, helpful, clear, and prompt.

My tech was Jackson, he phoned earlier in the day to give me a time of arrival and was right on time. Jackson was very honest with is evaluation of repair and did a very an thorough and professional job. My garage doors are working like new and no clean up needed on my part.
