Your technician showed up on time and he was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He performed a very thorough inspection of my garage door, shot pictures of several parts and once finished he clearly explained to me the different options I had to fix the problem. Then he did his job in a methodical, detailed manner and left everything behind him just impeccable. You should be proud of having John in your team, he is an excellent ambassador who clearly conveys your company's professionalism and values.

Although no actual repair was required at this time, he fully and professionally ex- plained all options and indicated how we might resolve the incomplete door closing with little out of pocket expense. Most refreshing to have a tech who does NOT high pressure the costomer. I will always call Precision from now on.

Garage Door sounded like it was going to fall and got stuck. Luckily Brian came to my aid, evaluated the problem presented it to me, and repaired it within 1 1/2 hour from start to finish. I called Precision because my garage door would not close when the weather got very cold. Christopher was excellent, so I am giving him a 5-star rating. However, Chris was the second technician to come to my home. The first technician (Joshua) replaced several parts to my garage door, but the next time there was cold weather, the door still didn't close. I called Precision again and they sent out Christopher, who was able to diagnose and fix the problem--bad sensors. I have very mixed feelings about using Precision in the future or recommending the company to my neighbors because I spent a lot of money with Joshua on parts I didn't need that didn't address the problem I was having.

Could not be more professional from start to finish. Constant communication, Bio and pic of technician, track arrival, professional appearance, demeanor and quality of work. Chris did a rebuild February of 2018. Could not be more pleased, was worth the cost. December 2018, "J" arm became detached from garage door, my fault. Chris had it repaired in 40 minutes. Included an overall inspection, repair and any necessary tweaking. No oversell or unnecessary repairs. Chris was recommended to us in April & I asked for him specifically in December.
