Called Precision to look at 2 malfunctioning garage doors and was very pleased to receive next day service during a Holiday week. Chris K inspected the doors and provided several options to resolve the issues. We decided on a full overhaul on the mechanicals and upgrades t belt drive openers. I cannot overstate the quality of the service experience I recently had with Precision and it's employees. From the initial phone call to a helpful and courteous service rep. to the scheduling of the appointment and email confirmation, helpful email reminders, to the service technician (Matthew) who kept me fully apprised of when he would get to my house and his fair and helpful guidance of what needed replacement and what did not, and the quality repair work with a quality product. Definitely a 5 star experience. I would highly recommend Precision.

I had my garage doors installed in 2006 by Precision. Even at that time they had great prices, quick service and did excellent work. Recently (Dec 2018) a cable was broke and the bracket for the track fell off the ceiling, so the track was hanging and the garage door was jammed. This happened at 4:45PM. I called Precision and by 5PM they dispatched a technician over. Eric was onsite at 5:45PM and in one hour he completed the repairs. Amazing that within 2 hours from onset of problem to back to normal. I took off 1 star as Precision did not have my records from 2006 and I had to show my receipts/work orders for the install done in 2006. Luckily I am organized and I have all my paperwork filed.

When I saw their coupon in the mailer I decided to give Precision a try for my garage door that was getting old and making a lot of noise when opening and closing. I don't hesitate giving them a 5 star rating in all aspects from my initial phone call to set up the service call, to the on time arrival of the technician and the friendly service that is so unusual these days. My technician, Tim Rainey was courteous and took the time to explain all the aspects and options of the repair to make my old door work like new again. I'm a return customer. Years ago Precision installed a new garage door opener. Because I was thoroughly pleased with the entire experience and impressed with their professionalism and skill, when we needed to replace the very old door itself without hesitation I contacted Precision. They did not disappoint - without any sales pressure there was a very helpful explanation of the many options available followed by a clear estimate. The fine installation by technicians who paid attention to every detail was impressive. Our installation was tricky/out of the ordinary so Kyle said that he would return later in the week with a part which will improve the the door's performance even though I did not notice anything wrong. He really cares about the quality of his work.
