Brian installed two new garage door openers for me. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. I appreciated his honesty regarding issues with my doors and I never felt like he was trying to 'rake me over the coals' which is often the case. Rep came to house to repair garage door. Quoted me 700.00 to replace a few parts. Then he said he could do the job for 465.00. Still outrageous. He then said for 300.00 he could get the door working. Didn’t have any work done, but had to pay 73.00 for a service call when there was no service done. Nothing about a service fee on your website. I called Dimension Overhead Door out of Wantage NJ who repaired the door perfectly for 100.00. I only wanted my door repaired. Not rebuilt. Thank you for returning my check.
