Mike was great. He arrived on time, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He walked me through what the issue was, explained all of the options and then showed me upon completion what was changed and how I might know if something is going wrong with the door. I was very happy with th service and would recommend him to anyone in need of work on their garage door.

06/28/17-I had a garage door repair done at my home by Tim Rainey of Precision. He was on time, very courteous, very conscientious and very professional. He had the garage door rolling up and down better than it ever did. He took the time to explain to me what was going on and why I needed two replacement parts. It was a pleasure doing business with a company whose office staff was also courteous and caring. The whole experience gets a 5-star rating. I would definitely use them again and request Tim as my service technician.

Value that you provide information on the technician that will come to my house ahead of time. Luke was excellent. He called to advise when he would arrive. He is professional and explained everything to me before I made decision on what garage opener to purchase, no pressure at all. Luke then explained everything about all the special features after installation so I would understand how to use the system properly and safely. Again he is an Excellent technician. I called precision to get an estimate back in October of 2016 after reading the reviews on line. Before the techs came out I received an email letting me know who my tech will be (great idea). From the first time precision came out and did repairs on my garage doors etc. until today all I can say is that my husband and I are extremely satisfied with not only their services but also George the technician, he is very personable and displayed expertise in all of the concerns we had with our doors/repairs. He is definitely a major asset to the company, I hope the owner takes pride of knowing that he has an amazing employee working for him. We will not hesitate in recommending your company to anyone needing garage door service. Keep up your excellent customer care. It also was nice to know the backgrounds of your employees and their customer ratings and comments. Totally 10 stars for George

To be honest I found about Presion garage from the yellow pages. I was not sure what to expect. Glen was my technician and his service was excellent. He was very thorough and explained to me what the issue was with my garage door. Gave me his professional advice and was sincere. He knew what he was talking about.
