Started with the name because my company is precision consultants for 30 years. Tech was awesome did a great repair and measured my new install. By no means are they the cheapest company out there and could have saved some money but you get what you pay for. Awesome job. 5 stars

This company was everything they stated they we're. Tech called with a time and was on time. Glen explained what was wrong and what was recommended and needed to complete the repair. Glens knowledge and know how repaired my springs, cable and rollers in just over an hour. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them

The appointment was quick to secure and the technician name Luke was great in his knowledge of the company products. He was not pushy. He laid out your options patiencely waiting for you to make the decision BEST for you doing the service call. My 24 year old garage door opener was not functioning properly during the freezing cold winter months. I wanted to prevent this from happening next winter, so I called Precision. John D. was the technician who came and installed the new Liftmaster unit. I had so many questions for John. He was very pleasant, patient, and professional. I've already recommended Precision to one of my neighbors.

Today we had the pleasure of meeting our service tech, Luke S., who was courteous from the moment he called to let us know he was en route until he left. (I'll also note that our garage floor was probably cleaner after he left than when he arrived!) He clearly explained, and demonstrated what had happened to our cables and also provided additional detail regarding our spring (that had snapped) and the rollers on the door. Luke even got our door to close flat against the ground - something that hadn't been the case since we moved in. We purchased a package and are very happy to know we will now have a 10-year warranty. We hope we don't have to call again too soon but have confidence in knowing that our problem would be addressed in a timely, professional and friendly manner again. Thanks for a great job, Luke!

I called Precision because I needed a new keypad for my garage door. They were able to come the same day between 2 & 6 PM. Luke showed up, he actually called and came a little early. One of the springs broke and I wasn't able to open my garage door and it was after 9pm. I went on the internet looking for a reputable company to call, once I read all of the 5 star reviews I knew this was the company I wanted to fix my door. They set up an appt for the next morning. Chris was my tech and he took the time to explain what needed to be replaced and what would be the best option. He was very polite and knowledgeable and when he was done there wasn't a mess left behind! He was awesome and did a great job! I would highly recommend this company.
