Precision was professional from start to finish - from speaking with someone by phone and booking an appointment to installation and testing to be sure all features worked, including being able to open and close doors from the car. Charles was terrific. He explained several options for repairing aged infrastructure and completed replacement of pulleys, springs and openers in an efficient and neat manner.

Your technician Chris called to provide about 30 minutes notice prior to arriving. Within 10 minutes, Chris indicated what necessary repairs were needed in order to get the door working properly. Within the hour, Chris completed the repair and took care of an issue that I should have addressed for the past year. I am glad to have contacted Precision and would not hesitate to use them again.
