The company and the technician, Lou, both deserve 5 stars. My garage door would not go down on a bitter cold day and Precision was able to fit me into the schedule even though it meant that Lou had to work a very long day. After determining that I needed a new opener, mine was at the end of its' life, Lou did great work and took time to clearly explain everything to me. It was a pleasure doing business with Precision and Lou.

I called Precision on the coldest day in February, and they came out on the same day as the call. The young man who serviced our broken garage door, Kevin, never complained about being out in the bitter cold temperature and was very polite and professional. The job was completed within the time frame explained to me and overall, I was quite pleased with the the service. Kevin N. was my technician this past Saturday; I was extremely impressed with his service. He called early in the morning to let me know what time he would be there. He followed up with another phone call when he was only 10 minutes away; he got there with a smile even though it was all of 10 degrees outside, explained my problem, gave me best solution to fix it, and the work was done within an hour. Couldn't have asked for a smoother experience for one that I thought was going to be 'painful', but Kevin did an amazing job.

I had Pete O as my service tech. He installed a new Garage Door Opener and showed me some other things that were wrong with my garage doors. I wondered why they seemed noisy? Bad rollers. Nice and quite now and I learned never to use WD-40 on the rollers and springs. Use silicone spray instead. Good service call with a great technician. Joe

Well done. The technician explained in clear terms why I have a problem with our garage door. During the installation a year ago I wish they would have told me that I would have a problem if the left sensor does not show a red light. It means it is not communicating with the right sensor. Precision explained and solved my problem.

It was 8 degrees out and our door would not shut. They were super busy, but fit us in. Our tec was super nice and went out of his way. We use to use a different company, but we will use precision all the time and would definitely recommend them. Our door was less then a year and a half old.

Let me say that the service was great. Technician Lou was a complete professional. On a bitterly cold day he completely rebuilt my garage door, installing new sprigs, cables, and rollers. Despite the cold, he worked for several hours until the job was perfect. Very professional

I chose Precision Garage Door because the website was so customer friendly. I liked the idea that there were "do it yourself" videos on the site for customers to try to solve the problem themselves. Lou R. came out today...called ahead of appointment time for permission to come a little earlier. My garage door was intermittently working and other times stopping in the up or down position partway. Lou knew immediately that my problem was not my sensors. He checked the force buttons on the motor and indicated they were too low and moved them to a higher setting. He lubricated my rails while he was there. He explained why the problem was not with my sensors. Although my system is functioning overall, he did point out that the cables, springs, pulleys, and rollers could use replacement due to the age (16 years) of the system. He explained how the new rollers were made of better materials and how springs start to sag over time. He gave me a price if I wanted to pursue for the future. He also explained the lifetime warranty on parts and the labor warranty for 5 years if I proceed with parts replacement. Lou was courteous, clean cut, polite, and efficient. I would not hesitate to call Precision if I decide to proceed with the parts replacements.
