Precision took my call mid morning, and a few hours later Kevin N was here to program our keypads and remotes, as well as replace rollers and pulleys. He was polite, knowledgeable, and had the entire project done in less than 45 minutes. Very impressed with the company's professionalism as well as the installer's abilities. Precision has serviced our garage doors this year. They respond quickly and completely, sending excellent technicians. A cable shredded on one of our doors. Gaetano arrived on time, explained what needed to be done, and did it. He answered any questions we had. We are thinking of getting new doors. Gaetano's answers were not a sales pitch, just informative. We are grateful for that and will get new doors this spring.

I called and got an appointment for service the next day. A 4 hour window was given and the operator took all pertinent information. The day of the appointment, Lou called 30 minutes before arrival. Lou arrived right on time. Personable, knowledgeable, pride of ownership are words I would use to describe Lou. My 29 year old garage door now works as good as new, all new parts were installed and Lou was thorough, making sure every last detail was covered. Money WELL spent!!

We awoke to broken springs on our garage door. Also the housing which connects the door to the opening mechanism was no longer attached to each other. Essentially, our cars were locked in the garage. Precision sent 2 technicians (Vince and Kevin) in a very timely manner. Both Vince and Kevin appeared knowledgeable and assessed the repairs. We were offered options for necessary repairs as well as potential upgrades to consider. The work completed efficiently with clean up afterwards. Our experience with this company was very positive .

I called Precision because they were on Angie's list, and highly recommended there. I set up an appointment for a Sunday morning. The technician was more than professional. He really went out of his way to do a great job. At every step of the way, Pete was courteous and explained everything he needed to do, told me my options and let me decide how to proceed. Even though it certainly wasn't cheap, I would highly recommend Precision, as well.

Kevin phoned early to ask if our appt. could be earlier as his previous job required less time than required. Great, glad that he moved our appt. up. Arrived within twenty minutes and proceeded to replace weatherstripping and performed maintenance on entire unit. Politely addressed extra concerns re: cables & pulleys. I gracefully declined Kevin's concerns. Total transparency re: work performed and pricing. Very professional and efficient. Wished that other businesses possessed a similar business model. Will recommend to neighbors for theirs & my future repairs.

I was considering buying the springs at a local hardware store and trying to replace the broken springs myself. I'm glad I didn't because it would have taken me several hours and I probably would not have done it correctly. The Technician showed up the same day I called, used higher quality parts, and did a tuneup and balancing of the door. The whole thing only took him about 45 minutes. My garage door now operates more smoothly and much quieter than before.

I had a broken spring on my garage and Precision had someone come out to fix it the same day I called. Not only did I receive a confirmation email for my appointment but the technician called when he was on his way. He was friendly, professional and gave me an estimate before starting any work.
