Kevin N came right on time and fixed the door in a few minutes. He had to put the roller back that came off track and did not charge us. I will tell everyone to use Precision. They also fixed my door in 2013. I will use them anytime.

My Garage Spring broke around 11 am. I called and had an appointment for the afternoon. My technician, Chris Karnacewicz called and gave me an approximate time, called back and said he was on the way. Arrived on time. He explained what needed to be done, fixed everything and was finished at 4 pm. That is quite remarkable!! Very nice, friendly and knew just what needed to be done. Perfect transaction in every way!

Excellent service from scheduling the appointment, to the service performed. The technician, Kevin Nix was very professional, informative and courteous. He explained that given the age of the garage door opener, the gears were stripped and a new one needed to be installed. He gave me different options, answered my questions and then installed a new opener and keypad. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door service.

Also would like to tell you I upgraded to the Model 8550 Quite Motor and it is just working so very quite, and your tech Pete was very help full in explaining the qualities of the unit and is a very knowledge on your products. Called for garage door opener repair. Was able to schedule appointment within a couple of days. Gaetano called when he was about 20 minutes away, so I didn't have to sit in my house waiting all day. He was very pleasant when he showed up. He assessed the problem, fixed it fairly quickly and made some recommendations for the future without being overly pushy. He was the utmost professional with a bit of a personal touch, without being too chatty. I would definitely recommend this company.
