Overall, it was a very good service experience. The technician, Brian H, called me 30 minutes before to provide an ETA. He was able to immediately assess the issue and provided me with options. He took the time to listen to me and check up on the warranty that I may be eligible for. He called the office and confirmed that the warranty still applies. Impressed!! On the weekend of Fourth of July, my garage door stopped working and Prescision came out on that Sunday. Wow! Our technician, Brian B. was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and just down right a great guy. Even before he came Brian called to confirm and when our schedule needed to be adjusted he was unbelievably accommodating. It is very few and far between to get great service like this nowadays. The repair was quality work and Brian was thorough with identifying the parts that needed to be repaired and the parts that were in good lasting condition. I would recommend Precision any day and Brian B. is a great technician and excellent representative. Nice job guys!

Consequently, I've been involved with a large number of people providing home services. Brian (Bi) stands head and shoulders above all I can recall! He provided me a comprehensive professional evaluation of both my door systems--positives plus impending concern areas to watch--fixed the immediate problem, installed a keypad which I wanted for access convenience, insured that both doors were operating optimally and, in short, left having accomplished a lot more than my best hopes for the service call. Very, very impressive AND all at a very reasonable cost. They fully deserve their high grades by BBB & Angies List, and this guy is the definition of 5 star ratings!
