What a pleasure to work with this company. Their customer service answered the call right away and gave me an appointment for the next day. My technician was Lou R and he called me prior to the appt as I requested. Lou explained the replacement door opener that I needed and the necessary repairs to the garage door and gave me some options. There was no hard selling and I didn't feel pressured at all. He was very courteous and professional and you could tell he really enjoys what he does. Without a doubt I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors.

My tech was Kevin Stasiak. He called a few times with updates on his ETA, which was appreciated. He was quick to understand my openers issues, and explain the same to me. He was also great about answering the multitude of questions I had. The door works so much better with all I had done(new springs, cables, and rollers). I would not hesitate to recommend him and your company to others.

The repairman was honest and was willing to work with me until a problem could be resolved. I could not pay a lot of money at this time. Do he was wiling to find a way to fix my garage door. Don't see that much anymore . I would recommend your company to anyone.

From the initial service call with Kevin S I was pleased with my decision to call Precision right off the bat. He was on time for the appointment/estimate and armed with many options to fit my budget. Then the door team stepped in. Kenny and Jason P who showed up in the rain to install my double wide door and I couldn't be more pleased with the final product. Definitely would recommend Precision to anyone!

The Tech's name was Kevin. He called and arrived 15 minutes early. He was polite and professional. He explained why I needed a new Door opener and had replacements on his truck which was great. He replaced the opener in about 45 minutes and had everything coded and ready to go. Everything was clean and all garbage removed. Perfect!!

Cables, pulleys, rollers and springs replaced. Technician was prompt, courteous and clearly communicated repair options, costs and warranties. Precision performed similar repairs on my other garage two years ago and I was impressed with that work, so called Precision for repair on this door as well.

I hired Precision to replace my garage doors. Every part of the process was outstanding; from getting the estimate done, interactions with the office and the ultimate installation. I am very pleased with the outcome. The technicians were on time and they were very courteous and conscientious about the work. Tim Arrived at my home at the time he had stated. He explained the workings of the garage door and I settled on replacing the worn parts and safety cables he had noted. Tim was very professional, pleasant and has a in-depth knowledge of garage doors. I was impressed with his workmanship and how quick he replaces the parts. It was a pleasure to watch a craftsman at his craft. When Tim left my home my garage door was working like it was new. I have just one comment. If you charge $69 for a service call that should be waived if there is work preformed but charged if no work is done. Thank You , David Lewis
