As usual the service provided by Precision has been superb. Their service technicians are always courteous and keep you informed regarding where they are in relation to your appointment. I would have given 5 stars but unfortunately due to the technician's rather late arrival, I had a 12 - 4 pm appt. window and he arrived about 5:15, I have to make it 4.5 stars. I realize that tech.'s can't always know the extent of each job and he did keep me informed regarding his progress.

I used another local company when the garage #1 motor broke. I felt very uncomfortable with this other company. Precision has been the answer. Door #2 needed work and they sent a very nice, competent, technician to my house. I was very comfortable with him and his work was great.

This is my first time using Precision and they were wonderful. I needed a new key pad , and the tech discovered that my springs and cable were in dire need of repair. He explained everything to me and the cost. I would recommend them to friends and family and if I needed a repair, call them immediately.

I had my automatic garage door installed in 1998 and never had a problem with it to date. I thought it was time to have it checked out. Pete was the service technician and it was a delight to have him check the door. He was totally thorough and explained everything he was doing. He was pleasant to talk with, very professional and courteous and took his time to check the door and all its moving parts. Expectations were totally exceeded as I did not expect such a professional service. Even the truck was clean and quiet. Thank you Precision Door. I called Precision at 9am. The technician, James, called at 1pm to say he would be at my home by 3pm. By 5pm the work was all done, very neat, totally explained everything and showed me the pieces that had worn out. I was completely happy with the work that was done and thrilled that it was done the same day I called. Will definitely use them again.

We have been customers of Precision Door for 13 years, and today's service call demonstrated once again why we are so glad we found the company all those years ago. The response was quick: the service was finished within 24 hours after we called yesterday. Bob, the technician, was totally professional: he took great care with our door system, making sure, for example, that the doors were in good balance and tune after completing the repair. He was also crystal-clear in his explanations of the hardware he was installing, and in explaining other options that I asked about -- he didn't try to sell me anything, but let me ask my own questions and reach my own conclusions about additional work that I then asked him to do after replacing the broken spring. When he left, I had total peace of mind that our garage-door system is in great shape. (I had had the same sense on the only other service call we have had from Precision, three years ago, when Scott M was the technician.) Our money is well spent with this company, and we wish it continued success.

I backed into my garage door and the wooden carriage door came off the track and the bottom panel was cracked and badly damaged. There was no way that I thought it could be repaired. Your service tech, Guy, was awesome. He called me to let me know when he would be arriving at my house. He called me again to let me know he would be arriving later than he anticipated due to a complication at another customer's home. He called a third time to let me know he was 10 minutes away. I really appreciated the updates. When Guy arrived he repaired the door and track quickly and professionally. I couldn't believe he could actually fix the door and when he finished, you could barely tell there was damage. I will simply have to use wood filler, sand and paint over the damaged area. In this day, it's rare to find such amazing customer service and such competent service people. I will recommend Precision to all my friends and I will always call you first if I have a problem with my garage door. Thanks and keep up the good work. Guy was great!

When I think of a garage door opener I only think of Precision. In my mind any other product would be subpar and I feel I would be throwing good money after bad. Called Precision because my exiting opener was making strange noises. They scheduled an appointment for me the same day I called (on a Saturday). Within a few minutes James called me with a rough ETA, and then called me when he was 30 minutes away. He examined my opener and gave me a no-nonsense, honest appraisal of the condition of my opener. I decided to replace the opener, and James was finished within an hour. He then spent plenty of time reviewing operation / maintenance procedures. I am very satisfied with the total experience (5 stars), and would highly recommend Precision for repair or replacement work.
