My original garage door opener was over 13 years old. It was extremely noises and at the end of its useful life. Your installer, Kevin Nix arrived when he said he would and within an hour we had a new, quieter door opener installed. The installation was neat, clean, and Kevin programmed and explained its operation. 5 out of 5.

Lou called about 30 min before showing up to confirm and gave me an estimated time for arrival. Upon arriving he was professional and went over the work and options available. The work completed was great. I would definitely use Precision and Lou again for future work!

Our service tech Chris was great! Very knowledgeable and a very nice guy to boot. He was prompt and knew what he was doing. He fixed our garage door that wouldn't stay down and replaced a keypad and checked everything else. We called Precision because they installed our garage doors 10 years ago.

Lou was very helpful and replaced both springs, rollers, wires, etc. The garage door sounds much quieter and runs smoother. There was an issue with one of the wires in my garage and Lou returned two days later to fix it at no charge. I do believe the price for all of the work done was not cheap, but am hoping that I will never have the need to replace the garage door parts again.

Lou, my technician, was on time, courteous, professional and thorough. Would definitely use Precision again and would ask for Lou. He diagnosed the problem and ruled out a damaged sensor. Lou then determined the problem was a damaged sensor electrical wire. Repaired that skillfully. Also installed safety cables on two units which he recommended and i thought it made perfect sense.

Chris Karnacewicz was my service technician. He was prompt and called me before he arrive which was 10 minutes before his scheduled four hour window arrival time. Christ is a very polite gentlemen who is highly qualified. He quickly examined the entire garage door mechanisms and determined exactly what needed to be done and explained what he was about to do and asked for my concurrence. As soon as he received my approval he retrieved his tools and parts from his well stocked truck and began his repairs without a moments hesitation. I would certainly give Chris five stars plus. Chris knew what he was doing from a technical perspective and from a customer relations perspective he was very respectful and polite. I would say that he is a great asset to your company. I will recommend your company based on the example and service bench mark Chris set on my service call.

I had my door repaired yesterday and worked with Tim. I was thrilled when he called me about one hour prior to arrival so I knew timing for the my Saturday. He was pleasant and friendly. When he arrived we discussed the issues and he actually informed me that the doors were cracked b/c they were incorrectly installed in the first place. His knowledge was incredible and so technical and detailed about both sides. His explanations were thorough and he didn't insist I purchase anything. He also, which I appreciated, told me costs of each thing we discussed as we discussed it and I made my decisions from there. I had no idea who to call and had three companies I called around to and decided on Precision as I saw it was a local company which is something important to me. I have to say I was so happy with the service and Tim and how well the call went I wrote his name down so when my second door goes (and it will) I will ask for him specifically! Tim well represented your company and should be an example for all of your employees on what a stellar technician should be. I wish I worked with people like Tim ... b/c it really isn't that difficult to be friendly, personable and work well with people when you are doing your job. My doors now work and I am incredible happy with the experience start to finish. My invoice was promptly mailed as well since the company isn't using printed invoices. Tim made me sure I would use Precision again and I greatly enjoyed working with him. A++++ for Tim and Precision.

Rob came out and did and excellent job repairing both doors for us. He showed up on time, was polite and courteous, explained what was wrong and showed me a variety of options to resolve the problem. Tim just came out to give me an estimate on a new garage door. He was extremely professional, thorough and honest. I have done extensive renovations on my home over the last 10 years and dealt with a lot of different contractors and servicemen. He was by far, the nicest and easiest to work with. Also, Precision's prices were very fair as I had gotten two other estimates. I'm excited for my new garage door installation in a few weeks!
