Gaetano was on time and also called ahead to let me know when he was on his way. He not only installed a marvelous new opener, but my door had uneven cables causing the door not to shut properly and put a strain on the hinges. My previously, loud lop-sided, non-functioning door is great now. Smooth, quiet and it works! Also, Gaetano was very polite, nice, intelligent and obviously knew his stuff. I would highly recommend him to others and will definitely request him if my other doors ever need repairs.

The workmanship was outstanding. One tech came on Monday and another on Tuesday. Both were very polite and explained everything that needed to be done. The price was very reasonable and the work was completed quite promptly. I would definitely use your company again. Great job!

He also explain to me the different alternatives that I have since my garage door opener could not be repair. He install the new garage door opener very fast and professionally. This was a difficult problem to resolve as it was intermittent and as usual every time the tech. showed up it didn't fail. Lou has been very good about responding to this and replaced both sensors and relocated them a little further down and it seems to be working properly. Hopefully we've resolved the problem. Personally I think you folks are GREAT especially with your warranty. You mean exactly what you say and that's rare in business today> KUDOS to you.
