My Garage Spring broke around 11 am. I called and had an appointment for the afternoon. My technician, Chris Karnacewicz called and gave me an approximate time, called back and said he was on the way. Arrived on time. He explained what needed to be done, fixed everything and was finished at 4 pm. That is quite remarkable!! Very nice, friendly and knew just what needed to be done. Perfect transaction in every way!

Excellent service from scheduling the appointment, to the service performed. The technician, Kevin Nix was very professional, informative and courteous. He explained that given the age of the garage door opener, the gears were stripped and a new one needed to be installed.
