No repair was necessary. We just had not understood the system, i.e. the lock mode, which the technician then explained to us. We chose the company because they had installed a new opener in the past. I wish the problem could have been explained on the phone, which would have saved us money and him the trip. The technician was very polite.

Yellow Pages ad gave a local telephone number, as well as touting 24/7 emergency service. I called, and the person who answered the phone was very helpful and got me service about 1 1/2 hours later, which I consider excellent.

Lou ensured that he was fully prepared to complete the service job before coming out. He inquired what the issue was to ensure he had all the right supplies available. This was greatly appreciated. By being fully prepared it allowed him to complete the job within said time frame and not have to come back another day with the right equipment. He cleaned up after the job was done. Was informative and communicated each step very clearly. He was professional and courteous at all times.

Kevin was great. He spotted the problem with our broken garage door right away and repaired it in a very short time. He had everything he needed on the truck and was very efficient. Yesterday Gaetano came to repair spring and cables and had to come back today to remove the door opener and install a new one. It was at the end of the day, was a time consuming job, and he was as capable and patient as if it was his first job of the day. He is an excellent worker and I recommend him highly.
