No repair was necessary. We just had not understood the system, i.e. the lock mode, which the technician then explained to us. We chose the company because they had installed a new opener in the past. I wish the problem could have been explained on the phone, which would have saved us money and him the trip. The technician was very polite.

Lou ensured that he was fully prepared to complete the service job before coming out. He inquired what the issue was to ensure he had all the right supplies available. This was greatly appreciated. By being fully prepared it allowed him to complete the job within said time frame and not have to come back another day with the right equipment. He cleaned up after the job was done. Was informative and communicated each step very clearly. He was professional and courteous at all times.

I had my garage door opener replaced. I was very happy with the way the technician fit me with the opener that met my needs. I was very happy with the wisdom of the technician himself. I was also happy with the fast turn around time between my phone call and the truck pulling into my driveway. I am quite pleased with the way the new opener works!
