Tim Arrived at my home at the time he had stated. He explained the workings of the garage door and I settled on replacing the worn parts and safety cables he had noted. Tim was very professional, pleasant and has a in-depth knowledge of garage doors. I was impressed with his workmanship and how quick he replaces the parts. It was a pleasure to watch a craftsman at his craft. When Tim left my home my garage door was working like it was new. I have just one comment. If you charge $69 for a service call that should be waived if there is work preformed but charged if no work is done. Thank You , David Lewis

I can see why your technician, Greg Mendell was assigned Vehicle #1. From the manner in which he handled the service call on my broken spring on my garage door, he must be your #1 technician. His work was absolutely exceptional. He was prompt, professional and very pleasant. He did an excellent job in a quick and efficient manner. If he is not already your "Employee of the Year", he should be. AND it is only April !! He is an outstanding representative of your Company. I will surely recommend your Company to anyone I know who needs garage door work. Thank you for restoring the use of my garage.
