Kevin phoned early to ask if our appt. could be earlier as his previous job required less time than required. Great, glad that he moved our appt. up. Arrived within twenty minutes and proceeded to replace weatherstripping and performed maintenance on entire unit. Politely addressed extra concerns re: cables & pulleys. I gracefully declined Kevin's concerns. Total transparency re: work performed and pricing. Very professional and efficient. Wished that other businesses possessed a similar business model. Will recommend to neighbors for theirs & my future repairs.

I was considering buying the springs at a local hardware store and trying to replace the broken springs myself. I'm glad I didn't because it would have taken me several hours and I probably would not have done it correctly. The Technician showed up the same day I called, used higher quality parts, and did a tuneup and balancing of the door. The whole thing only took him about 45 minutes. My garage door now operates more smoothly and much quieter than before.

I had a broken spring on my garage and Precision had someone come out to fix it the same day I called. Not only did I receive a confirmation email for my appointment but the technician called when he was on his way. He was friendly, professional and gave me an estimate before starting any work. He worked quickly and was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Precision!

I would highly recommend Precision. The gentleman arrived on time and was well educated in his field. I opted to replace the entire garage door opener, parts, key pad etc. It was done in a timely manner. It was getting late in the day and he told me it would take 2 hours to complete. I told him he could do it another day since it was getting late. No, he was there to complete the job. He went over all the workings of the system since I am more of a visual learner and hate to read owners manuals. I would highly recommend them.

Brandon called to give a half hour warning, was entirely pleasant and communicative, knowledgeable, and efficient. He helped us with a nonworking garage door. It now opens and closes quietly and won't wake up the entire neighborhood anymore - the clatter would actually embarrass me! Your Technician Lou R was a complete professional. He arrived on time, was very pleasant, courteous and accommodating in resolving all issues I had with my garage door. On a bitterly cold day in February he completely rebuilt my garage door, installing new sprigs, cables, and rollers, as well as found the insulation piece to fit the bottom of my door. Despite the cold, he worked until the job was perfect. I give 5 stars to Lou R and Presision Garage Door!

Our Garage Door Opener had stopped working. Our Precision Technician, Lou, immediately diagnosed the problem, explained what needed to be done, described the various cost options, and got our sign-off to proceed with the work. Peet did a great job. Called before the appointment, was on time and friendly. He quickly fixed the bolts that had pulled out of the door with a new bracket and everything works well. This is the second time I have used Precision and I would recommend their services. When I called on Saturday to ask for service, the agent responded with my name as they kept good records of my details per my mobile phone number. The whole thing started well and ended well. I called after 10pm on a Friday night and was sent an email telling me someone would be at my house between 1 and 5 Saturday. At 1pm or so the truck pulled up a very nice young man hopped out went to work and replaced springs on both doors and was done by 230. Never have I received such great service. I needed to find "someone" in area to look at garage door problem and turned to the internet. You never know what you are getting but decided to take a chance and contact this company. Their web site was professional and appeared to be more than capable to take care of the problem. Their tel. was answered by a live operator and they arranged the appt. around my schedule. The service technician was scheduled to arrive between 12-4 on a Sat. but called earlier.....was friendly, efficient and took care of the minor problem within an hour. Very professional....took the time to explain the issue and how to prevent it from occurring in the future. Did not push products and left information if I ever needed future service. I would definitely use this company again in the future and highly recommend them - very well run.

I called precision door service because my garage door was opening and closing on its own randomly. I called in and was able to get same day service without paying extra! The technician they sent out Rob Z called and gave me an hours notice before arriving. When he arrived Rob was very professional and as I explained my issues he was able to diagnose the problem quickly as well as point out other issues I was not aware of. Rob explained I needed new pulleys, springs, rollers, and a switch. I approved the work after Rob explained all the costs and got me an exact price. After Rob finished the garage door worked flawlessly better than I have ever seen it the entire time I have owned my home. I absolutely recommend Precission door service! And I reccomend requesting Rob Z he was a fantastic technician!
