The technician called me to let me know that their previous call was running longer than expected (although well within their time window for my appointment) and let me know when he would be arriving. He called again later when they were en route. I really appreciated the heads up, it allowed me to focus on my work at home knowing when they would arrive. The two technicians were very thorough, knowledgeable, and took care of our service needs very efficiently. I will certainly call Precision again in the future. Thank you!

Picked out from Angie's List. Called on Saturday after struggling to fix problem with garage door remotes myself. To my surprise a technician could come out on Sunday between 8 and 12. Received a call from Brandon and he was here within the half hour. We discussed the problem and he worked up two options for me. He was very detailed on what he would be able to do and what each would do for me. Both would solve my issue. He worked fast and efficiently. 5 Stars to Brandon. He was confident, well trained and professional and sold me on the more expensive solution. Very happy with the outcome.
