Rob, our service tech was great! He was getting ready to check out for the day when my service request came in. He was at my home within 50 minutes of my call. Within minutes, we were able to get the garage open, trouble shoot the trouble and while on site, provided an estimate for new doors. Overall, Rob was professional, polite, and knowledgable about the product line and features Precision offered. Great ambassador for you organization. I give Rob a 5 star rating for a job well done. My garage door would not close. It kept riding up. I called Precision Door, a technician came out at the promised time. He spent time to explain to me what the problem was and fixed it right away. It was a quick and very professional visit. Rarely do you get service people come on time, fix the problem at a reasonable price. I truly appreciated the professionalism.

I called Precision because Aspen Garage Doors installed a new garage door opener about 5 years ago. Aspen is now Precision and the service level was the same (very good service, on time, reasonable price, courteous installer, work done quickly). I would certainly call Precision again in the future should any garage door related work come up.

Repeat customer, did a good job on first visit. Pete is a valuable asset to your customer. Although I had fixed my door opener prior to his arrival he was able to show me good ways to maintain the door. He also fixed the top of the door with a support bracket.

I was very pleased with the professional service provided to fix my garage door. The track had been bent when backing out a car, which caused the door to not close/open properly using the remote. The technician fixed the problem quickly, reviewed the force adjustments on the door opener, and lubricated the track. He came out and quickly fixed the problem, and did not try to sell anything I didn't need. Thanks for your help!

Chose Precision because I had just received a coupon in Valpak. Motor housing fell off ceiling and cable broke. Also had broken door bracket. Rob Z was prompt and very thorough in his work. This place does great work and they are punctual. Unfortunately they are far from cheap and for known issues like broken cables or something, you may do better elsewhere. This is the second time I have needed them in the last couple of months. First one door and now the other. I had Andrew both times and I can't say enough about his highly skilled work. Insist on him when you call. If you are going to pay top dollar, you may as well have top highly skilled work.
