A few days ago I had come across Precision's website when looking for "how to" videos about adjusting garage door openers and had been impressed with what I saw on the site. Last night I noticed that our garage door opener was "grinding" when opening the door. Not good. Having seen the website, I decided to call Precision instead of the company whose name was pasted to the opener and to the wall in the garage. I would call that company in the past simply because the name was there. I also saw that Precision advertised "same day" service and also weekend service, but I thought to myself "we'll see". I called at 8 AM and was given a Noon - 4 PM slot later in the day. Greg actually called before 11 AM and said he could get to my house early, and arrived before 11:30. We went over what needed to be done (replace the opener) but also a chronic problem that we had with the door. Greg said he could fix that as well. By 1:20 the job was done. Greg was very professional and courteous and did an even better job than I expected when I first called. And the total time from first call to completed job was 5 and 1/2 hours! P. S. I had him paste Precision's sticker over the old company's sticker before he left.

I called in the morning for service on our garage door. The office staff was very polite she scheduled an appointment with your technician Kevin S. for the same day. Kevin was on time, very knowledgeable and professional. Precision has also repaired another garage door in the past which has been working great. I will definitely recommend Precision. Had garage door springs and other hardware replaced. I found my service technician (Chris) to be very knowledgeable regarding repair that was needed and his companies products. I wound up purchasing Precision's "rebuild package" based on discussion with Chris. I had a few questions after install, with my phone call returned timely with all of my questions addressed. A return visit by Chris was required which met all of my needs.

The sping on our garage door broke (my husband thinks due to the cold weather) and Precision Door came the same day and fixed it. Since the sping broke overnight, my car was stuck in the garage. So, they were able to fix the spring with my car in the way. We are grateful for the quick, professional service.

We had this service three times. We were satisfied with first two services and technicians. However we are not happy with our last service which was yesterday. The technician fixed what we asked for, and then we asked something else about our garage door. He seemed that he had no time for this and he didn't perform the through analysis about the condition of the garage door. We asked couple questions and he seemed that he was overwhelmed. I am not sure if I call same company or try a new one. Thanks Ayse

Your Technician, Kevin S., was very imformative and a pleaseure to deal with, very professional, knowledgeable and personable. The reason for the service was that one of the spring on one of my doors broke. Kevin suggested that I have a "Rebuild" performed, since I needed to get the door open, I agreed to have both doors done. After speaking with other people who had the same thing done, I was kind of taken back at how much more expensive Precision was. But my doors work fine, I'm very happy with the service that Kevin provided. I gave Kevin S 5 stars

I called late Thursday afternoon. Technician arrived as scheduled by 9 am the next day. An estimate was given within 15 minutes. All parts,including a new motor, were on the truck.
