Gaetano solved all my garage opener problems efficiently and quickly. He really cares about what he is doing and took plenty of time to educate me about my system. I was very impressed by the effort put in and the consideration taken by Scott in helping us get our garage door working again. Even before he showed up he was very considerate to call us and let us know a more specific window of time as to when he would arrive which allowed us to not waste time waiting for him. When he got to our home, he made it clear he didn't want to break anything (door or window) to gain access and diagnose the problem - which ultimately was about the remote control. He kept his word and as a result climbed into the garage through a window at some personal risk. Within a very short window of time we were back to normal - with a new backup remote to prevent a repeat issue. He is very professional and helpful and if we should ever need additional work I would be very happy to have him and Precision back to do the job.

Your technician called about a half hour before he arrived and found the problem: oiled a very squeaky hinge and was very attentive in checking the hinges, oiling them, etc, & changed a bulb in the opening apparatus near the motor. His name was Louis G Rowek.

Excellent response to my call. Called 8:00 in the evening and tech was there next morning at 9:30 am. Chris was on time and called me on the way to my home to let me know his arrival time. Explained cause of problem clearly and estimated cost. Completed work promptly and gave me, upon my request, an estimate for an appropriate garage door opener. Paid electronically with credit card on his Ipad and received detailed bill via e-mail immediately. Overall, a very good experience and would definitely recommend their service.

Kevin called me and told me he would be at my house around the time that he mentioned. He started fixing up the garage right when he came.
