We were in the process of having a new opener installed and the installer suggested that we have the door inspected for proper operation. Tim was courteous and very thorough. He took the time to explain everything he did and provided us with a detailed checklist that showed that all door components were operating properly. Kevin came out and quickly diagnosed why my garage door wasn't functioning and then presented me with options on how to fix it, as I could tackle the immediate issue or proactively address all potential fail points. I had my automatic garage door installed in 1998 and never had a problem with it to date. I thought it was time to have it checked out. Pete was the service technician and it was a delight to have him check the door. He was totally thorough and explained everything he was doing. He was pleasant to talk with, very professional and courteous and took his time to check the door and all its moving parts. As usual the service provided by Precision has been superb. Their service technicians are always courteous and keep you informed regarding where they are in relation to your appointment. I would have given 5 stars but unfortunately due to the technician's rather late arrival, I had a 12 - 4 pm appt. window and he arrived about 5:15, I have to make it 4.5 stars. I realize that tech.'s can't always know the extent of each job and he did keep me informed regarding his progress.

This is my first time using Precision and they were wonderful. I needed a new key pad , and the tech discovered that my springs and cable were in dire need of repair. I called Precision at 9am. The technician, James, called at 1pm to say he would be at my home by 3pm. By 5pm the work was all done, very neat, totally explained everything and showed me the pieces that had worn out. We choose Precision because we have used your company in the past. I moved to Hackettstown in December and I knew that the garage doors needed to be fixed. Most of the parts were original and were in bad shape. Gaetano was very helpful in my decision to do a rebuild and replace all of the faulty parts. We will definitely recommend your company.
