Pete arrived as scheduled on time. He diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired it. He also found my unit had no backup battery which it should have. He installed the battery. He reprogrammed all the remotes even those in built into the newer cars. Also Pete's deportment and grammar were that of an english teacher.

Have used Precision in the past and always pleased with service and this time was no different. Scheduled an appointment to have Precision check out one of our garage doors that was very loud sounding when closing and opening. Precision said tech would be here between 8am and 11am. Called early and identified himself as Erik. Arrived within 20 minutes of call. Explained his safety check which took about 20 minutes and said we needed to replace four rollers and both doors looked to be in good shape other than that. Gave me the price and it took him no longer than 30 minutes. I had a coupon for a free inspection so it helped. Nice job Erik to keep me up and running. Would highly recommend. Gene
