Roberto came out to inspect a small problem with a thermal seal and found a dangerous condition on one of my door springs. He went on to discuss that given the doors age that a complete rebuild of the rollers, pulleys and cables/springs was in order and I fully agreed. Prescision had installed a new Chamberlain Liftmaster 5 years ago which was still working perfectly. I asked Roberto about the new anti-jimmy protection for the trolley release and he showed me the unit made for my door system which I then had him install. I am very happy with the work, the quality and the communications with the dispatchers and the techs.

My service technician, James, was very professional and patient. He explained the issues he found and their solutions. He almost finished all the work but stopped short because he needed more material to finish the job properly. All the completed tasks were the difficult (expensive) parts of the job. So it is very impressive that he takes pride in getting the details right.

Precision was in the Valpak ads. The tech removed existing and installed new garage door opener. It did not take much longer to complete the job. The tech gave a walk through how to use the keypad, remotes and push button panel and etc. I am very satisfied with the tech and would want him to complete the 2nd part of the job when I am ready to install a new garage door.

I am happy to comment on the professional performance of your technician Louis R. I was in need of complete repairs for broken springs, operating cables and pulleys. I was extremely pleased that all of these replacement parts could be done the same day and only in 2-1/2 hours. I did not have a referral but by a great choice I noticed your ad in the yellow pages. Kevin, the tech from Precision Door Service was terrific. He had previously been to our home to help us with our garage door a few months ago. Today he came and tried our to get our door to open but it wasn't going to work. We discussed our options and we decided it would be best to put in a new unit. Our unit was 12 years old. In less than an hour, Kevin had our garage door up and running. He did everything, even put in new light bulbs. The unit is much quieter than our old unit. He explained how everything worked and we tested it. He was very personable and knew about the unit. I didn't have to first shop around for a unit and then find someone to put it up. This was terrific. He had the unit with him and now our garage door is working perfectly. Thank you Kevin and thank you Precision door. I would definitely recommend you to our friends.

I called Precision Door Service to repair the old garage door opener that had broke and they immediately scheduled me with an appointment that afternoon. Rob Z., the technician who was assigned to my service, called twice to let me know he was on his way, which was incredibly helpful and allowed me to continue getting tasks done instead of needlessly waiting by the door. He inspected the opener, explained the problem and gave me his recommendation. He was qualified, extremely nice and I felt I could trust his opinion. We ended up buying a new garage door and Rob was able to provide sales assistance with that purchase as well. I found your ad on the internet. I called last Monday and the door was repaired today. I'm not sure if the tech was Jim or another person. I don't hear that well. Anyway, the options I had were clearly explained to me, including the work to be done and the cost factor for both options. I chose a complete overhaul. The job was completed in a very reasonable amount of time and the quality of the tech's workmanship was excellent.
