Our Garage Door Opener had stopped working. Our Precision Technician, Lou, immediately diagnosed the problem, explained what needed to be done, described the various cost options, and got our sign-off to proceed with the work. The work was done and the Garage Door Opener was working again in no time. Lou was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and patient while he answered questions and sometimes explained things a second time. Thank you, Lou and Precision.

Peet did a great job. Called before the appointment, was on time and friendly. He quickly fixed the bolts that had pulled out of the door with a new bracket and everything works well. This is the second time I have used Precision and I would recommend their services. When I called on Saturday to ask for service, the agent responded with my name as they kept good records of my details per my mobile phone number. The whole thing started well and ended well. Credit guys.

I called after 10pm on a Friday night and was sent an email telling me someone would be at my house between 1 and 5 Saturday. At 1pm or so the truck pulled up a very nice young man hopped out went to work and replaced springs on both doors and was done by 230. Never have I received such great service. I needed to find "someone" in area to look at garage door problem and turned to the internet. You never know what you are getting but decided to take a chance and contact this company. Their web site was professional and appeared to be more than capable to take care of the problem. Their tel. was answered by a live operator and they arranged the appt. around my schedule. The service technician was scheduled to arrive between 12-4 on a Sat. but called earlier.....was friendly, efficient and took care of the minor problem within an hour. Very professional....took the time to explain the issue and how to prevent it from occurring in the future. Did not push products and left information if I ever needed future service. I would definitely use this company again in the future and highly recommend them - very well run.

This was our first experience with Precision. We must say that we used the phone book to find someone to repair our suddenly malfunctioning garage door. What a pleasant experience. I called precision door service because my garage door was opening and closing on its own randomly. I called in and was able to get same day service without paying extra! The technician they sent out Rob Z called and gave me an hours notice before arriving. When he arrived Rob was very professional and as I explained my issues he was able to diagnose the problem quickly as well as point out other issues I was not aware of. Rob explained I needed new pulleys, springs, rollers, and a switch. I approved the work after Rob explained all the costs and got me an exact price. After Rob finished the garage door worked flawlessly better than I have ever seen it the entire time I have owned my home. I absolutely recommend Precission door service! And I reccomend requesting Rob Z he was a fantastic technician!

Super easy to make appointment, they accommodated my work schedule timing perfectly. Our technician Kevin N arrived during a 20degree snowstorm, completed the assessment and actual work of replacing the 24 year old opener and door "working hardware" cheerfully, competently, and efficiently; despite the weather we could see he was very thorough. Very professional and polite, I highly recommend Kevin N as well as Precision of NJ! Will be posting an additional recommendation on Angie's List. Precision responded to my home and installed a new garage door opener, belt drive, remotes and keypad. The installer arrived when scheduled. The installer explained everything he was going to do. After he installed the new garage door, he programmed the remotes and keypad. He even programed my wife's car to opened the garage door. The installer was very professional and I would recommend Precision to my family and friends.

I had two new garage door openers installed. Excellent service. Kevin, the technician, carefully explained the product, helped ensure the needed electrical work was done, and clearly demonstrated everything he had installed. He was professional and well informed. Also very neat. If it hadn't been for the fact that I needed an electrician, the garage door openers would have been installed within 12 hours of my call. I am very happy with your service and love the motion sensor lights on the openers. I definitely would recommend your company.

Not long after I moved to my new house, the cables came loose off my garage door. Rob Z. was the technician who came out to service my garage, and he quickly diagnosed the issue, noting that the previous owners made a repair using equipment for a heavier door, forcing the motor to work harder. Rob Z was very courteous, and clearly explained the issues, as well as the pending resolution. In the end, due to the age of the motor in my home, and my concerns that there would be additional issues, I decided to pull the trigger on a new opener. Rob Z went through the options with me, and was clear with the pricing so that there were no surprises when it was time to settle the bill. Rob did a great job with the install, and managed to remain positive and courteous, despite working on one of the coldest days this winter. The lifetime warranty makes me feel better about committing to a new opener. Also, I highly recommend Rob Z as a technician. He provided great service, and is a great representative for Precision Door. I would use Precision again, based off this experience.

Our service was great! The installer Brian Scott (Passaic County) did a great job and was very professional. He explained everything in detail of what he was going to do. As he was installing the door he realized that he was missing a part. He was very apologetic about that and even went out of his way to go get the part that he needed. He was back within 20mins and continued installing the door. When he was all done he made sure that everything was clean and done properly. Brain even asked us to test the system 4 times just to make sure it was done to our satisfaction. I am very happy with the work and service that he provided us. Brian is a great guy and I would recommend him to anyone who needs a door installed.
