Having recently purchased the house, I have been dealing with a lot of technicians representing various companies for various services. I can confidently say that the Precision Garage Door guys are some of the best. They actually came when they said they would come. A minor hiccup when they first came out because they did not have a special tool they needed for my type of garage door, but they rescheduled on the spot. When the work was completed, it was done efficiently and expertly. They showed me how to operate it and supervised me when I was trying it out myself. I would highly recommend their services.

Kevin was very professional and clearly described the different types of garage door openers to help us make the right decision. We replaced our old noisy chain drive opener with a belt drive opener that is extremely quiet and also came with two remotes, wireless keypad and battery backup. Installation took only an hour. Kevin went over everything before leaving and was very pleasant to deal with. Highly satisfied!

While I was disappointed to learn that I needed a new garage door and opener, the staff of Precision Door were very professional and helped to minimize the overall impact. Eric worked with me by phone while my wife was on-site. He provided answers to all of my questions and followed-up on all discussions and decisions. Rodrigo and his partner (installer) showed-up went right to work and did a great job. He took the time to demonstrate the new system and ensure I was comfortable before he left the job-site. My wife and I are very happy with our door and the system is so quiet and functional. We are glad we made the change. I must say that all of the staff we dealt with either by phone or in person were very professional and pleasant. AND it is nice to know there are companies out there that still support the military. Great Job!

James did a great job!!! Our garage door hardly worked and is now working perfectly. He did a great job explaining what needed to be done and what my options were. There was no pressure to get anything I didn't need and he was very polite and friendly. This is the first time I used Precision but I will definitely use them again.

The customer service rep. on the phone was terrific and the service technicians who came to the house to make the required repairs arrived at the requested time and did exactly what they said they would do. The only issue that came up was the warranty, which I was informed was 90 days but I had to request the paperwork for that. The technicians were otherwise respectful, informative, clean and did their work in what I observed to be a reasonably prompt and competent manner. Your company charges a bit more for repairs than the last contractor we utilized 3 years ago, but the service was terrific and your company was able to accommodate my very busy schedule, which I sincerely appreciate. You might find someone cheaper, but not better, from my viewpoint.
